I checked in to a room that the smoke detector was beeping and the phone did not work. I walked to front desk requested repair, 20 minutes late he front desk clerk came to door and said could not be fixed. Offered a new room, She then left and came back later and identified a new room, it was in the middle of a playoff game, I checked out room tv did not have game and the phone did not work. Again no phone to tell clerk interrupting the game, finally got a third room and had to move my self, more interrupting game, finally after two hours could unpack in third room, missed most of playoff game.
Nest day I returned expecting the room to be cleaned, I requested make bed, replace soiled towels, empty trash, I as promised this would be done when I checked in, I confirmed the promised a second time before I ever entered my room at check in!
I called down the clerk said they only clean rooms on third day, I miss understood.
I made a big mistake making a reservation at Hampton Inn Panama City.
There is more but your staff attitude will not do anything but blame me so I have wasted more of my valuable time.
