Cozy Condo by the white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located condo!!! This spacious, beach condo is on the 16th floor. Private beach access only a short walk. Watch the nightly water show from the private balcony. Amenities include: 5 pools, two hot tubs, fitness center, putting green, restaurants both onsite and within walking distance. Pier Park is only a 15-minute drive. Other things to note: ***Please read through the entire listing, rules, and regulations. This will help answer many questions you may have and help to eliminate any confusion.*** Laketown Wharf requires that all guests be registered with the resort. This requires the purchase of a reservation packet through Laketown Wharf. This is an additional fee of $75 plus taxes to be directly paid to Laketown Wharf, this is not included in your reservation fee. Your Laketown Wharf reservation packet will include 2 parking passes and wristbands for the duration of your stay. These wristbands are how guests will access the amenities at Laketown Wharf. A link will be sent to your cell phone a week before your arrival to complete the check in process for your reservation packet. Upon arrival guests will pick up reservation packets in the main lobby of Laketown Wharf at the concierge desk. NOT RECOMMENDED: Guests can also wait until arrival to purchase a registration packet at the concierge desk. However, guests should expect to wait in line to do so. PLEASE BE ADVISED: should you choose to wait until arrival, we the hosts have no control over this and cannot assist with long wait times or issues regarding reservation packets, this is all handled by Laketown Wharf. Age Requirement- all guests must be accompanied by someone 21 years of age or older, who is staying in the unit. We provide a startup supply of paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, and toilet paper. This should be enough to last a few days, guests will need to purchase additional supplies. Walmart is conveniently located across the street. Additionally, we do provide beach towels!!! Laketown Wharf does not provide towels. The beach towels are located in a basket right by the front door. Please only use these towels at the beach, no other towels are to be removed from the condo. Gray wash cloths have been supplied in the condo to remove makeup, please do not use any white towels/cloths to do so. - Also, there are trash shoots located on each floor to discard trash. The space: This 2BR/2BA condo with bunk beds is located in the heart of Panama City Beach and is a very popular and active area. The Master bedroom features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom featuring a garden bathtub, walk-in shower, and dual vanities. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, and the guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo. Guest access: Guests will have access to the entire condo, except for one closet that is to remain locked and not accessed by guests. (This closet will already be locked and there will be no reason to access this closet during your stay). The condo is equipped with all the basic needs for your stay. Including kitchen utensils, dishware, and cookware. Additionally, there are beach chairs located on the balcony!!! Neighborhood description Panama City Beach is a vibrant and beautiful place. The beaches are so beautiful and are what attracts most people. The white sugary sand and clear emerald colored water are breathtaking. Also, the south is known for its hospitality and that's no exception here! Getting around Guests can get around by car, walking, bike rentals, or lift/uber. This condo is located right across the street from the beach, there are restaurants onsite and within walking distance as well. Additional Information: There is a door keypad for convenient check in and out. We are here for you should you have any questions, concerns, or requests during your stay, we are just a text, phone call, or short drive away. Please keep in mind that you are staying in a condo and not a hotel. If a problem arises, we will act as quickly as possible, but there is no repair/maintenance/cleaning crew available 24/7. - Easy self-check-in with keypad. - No pets. If there are pets at the condo without permission, it will result in an extra cleaning fee. We also retain the right to ask you to leave the premises. - No smoking in the house. Doing so will result in an extra cleaning fee. We also retain the right to ask you to leave the premises. - No parties. No guests. Discovery of any persons staying at the condo who are not listed on the initial reservation will be asked to leave and may result in cancellation of your reservation. Please treat our neighbors as if they were your neighbors. Noise complaints affect the property owner and will be dealt with promptly. Please be kind and respectful of the belongings in the condo. They were thoughtfully picked out and paid for with hard-earned money. Prior to departure, please remove all trash from the condo and place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Dirty dishes and trash left in the condo can result in an extra cleaning fee. - Please keep food and drinks in the kitchen. We ask that you do not bring food and drinks into the bedrooms/ bunk beds to help prevent accidents. Bottled water is Okay but be mindful of damaging furniture. We ask this of you so that we can keep bedding and furniture in excellent condition for all guests and avoid you having to pay a damage fee. You will be responsible for any damaged or missing items. A running inventory is kept on every single item in the condo and is checked after each stay. Pictures of all rooms and items are taken after each cleaning to prevent confusion regarding damaged and missing inventory. If any of the rules listed above are violated or anything is damaged, we ask that you contact us immediately and prior to check out. Guests are responsible for any damaged or missing items during their stay. If guests violate any rules, we will first communicate with the guest and try to resolve the issue directly. If the issue cannot be resolved, and further disruption or destruction occurs, the guest or guests will be asked to leave. Guests also agree to all rules, regulations and understand that upon rental of condo they wave all squatting rights and can be asked to vacate property at any time if rules and regulations are violated. Please note that all of this is to ensure that the condo is kept in excellent condition, so all guests have a clean, sanitary, safe, and beautiful place to enjoy their stay in.
