Checked in very early and we were told we would have fans for each of the 3 rooms we booked. Only one room was ready, which was fine, and we stored our luggage there. Once we came back from a long day of visiting the area we did not have the fans as promised. We asked and they said “oh we gave them all out”. After sharing our displeasure we then saw the lady at the front office walk out with a fan and give it to a man. Not sure who this was but it did seem suspect as we just expressed how upset we were. We would not stay here again due to this lack of hospitality and catering to the customer.

Buen hotel. Cuartos estan limpios, pero no noa dieron ventilador cuando el que nos rento el cuarto nos dijonque nos iva dar uno. No le deverian de mentir a los clientes. El hotel no es malo solo que los recepcionistas no cumplen lo que te dicen
