先説優點，價格便宜，位置方便，旁邊就是商場有大超市，買東西方便。缺點樓道臭臭的，自駕的話停車自費，停在-3層超市車位上，車位難找且-3層味道難聞，有垃圾場在公寓電梯口附近。房間內，智能馬桶沖水不好用，洗手池管道漏水，外邊看是衣櫃，裡邊基本上是雜物間，打開衣櫃裡邊別有洞天，上面其實是層複式還是閣樓，衣櫃把上層掩飾掉了，一個人的話還是有點害怕

設施太舊了，洗手盆水龍頭的水濺到到處都是，馬桶也水小都沖不下去，廁所門把手壞的，電視系統舊，遙控器按半天反應慢，還沒有停車票，加一起不值這個價格～
