The area surrounding the hotel looked a bit average but inside the hotel was very nice. Room looked newly redecorated and a good size. Free parking underground carpark very good. No fridge or teamaking in room. Short walk to the old town so location was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful giving us info on the old town.

Hotel lovely inside. Warm welcome from reception. 20 min walk from centre of Pamplona. Nearby are shops cafes and restaurants. Room was comfortable however the noise heard from above and next door was enough to put me off returning. The couple next door were obviously having a 'romantic' night and it was as if they were in our room. It's a shame because apart from the paper thin walls it's a lovely little hotel.

Centrally placed with underground parking a bonus. Room was small and very noisy as it's on the street. Breakfast was limited. The hotel could do with updating a little . Not a bad stay but could be better.

I had not been here since before the pandemic, so it was great to be back and meet the friendly, kind, helpful staff that works in this hotel. It is located in the modern part of Pamplona/Iruña, which is not especially beautifuf, but if you don't have your own vehicle, it is very close to the train station and still within walking distance to the old town (20-25 minutes). There is as well a city bus-stop 3 minutes away from the hotel's entrance, where bus nº21 stops and takes you to Pamplona main bus station. The hotel's inside is modern, comfortable, clean and welcoming. There is a lift, good wifi and a computer for guests beside the breakfast room. The rooms are also comfortable and well-equipped, the en-suite bathroom is very modern and clean too, and the breakfast-buffet is good and filling.

This hotel takes part of the building and all of the rooms are located on the same floor. We stayed there for a night and the internet never really worked properly. Lastly, the cleaning liquid they are using has such powerful stench that we had to keep windows open for several hours. The air conditioning exist but we were not able to turn it on. The breakfast is quite limited in terms of choice, but there are plenty of cafes around.

A vary unassuming facade, but inside, great value! Great location, easy walking distance to bars and restaurants. The room was big, clean and modern, with really comfortable beds and crisp, white bedding. The shower room was clean and modern with a lovely selection of freebies. Easy access underground parking, which was high enough for our Land Rover. And the bonus was, they were dog friendly!

It’s a 20 minute walk to the running of the bulls, not 10 minutes as advertised on the web site. Room was clean however , the walls are thin. We heard all our adjoining rooms , even though they were not being super loud. Sounds in halls also carried thru to our room. There is no way to clover up the entire window for sleeping without light coming through. Customer service was lacking (I was told the room was booked for one person and There would be an additional charge for my husband. I was only told that upon check out. When we arrived and showed both of our passports, we were not informed of the additional charge. Furthermore , we were told the breakfast was included upon check-in, however when we were checking out they wanted me to pay for my husband’s breakfast). I booked a double bed room and we got 2 twins pulled together. Disappointing. It is very close to the train station as advertised, however, I would not come back to stay here ever again.

We booked this hotel through *********** as the website clearly showed Free Parking. I tried four times via email, phone and *********** to get the hotel to confirm the free parking. In the end I contacted *********** who confirmed to me that the parking was free of charge. In desperation I tried the hotel once more and this time they replied that the parking charge was €9. I replied and told them that *********** confirm it was free but the Hotel Pamplone Plaza refused to give me free parking, so I cancelled the booking. A clear case of Gross Misrepresentation and Dishonest Practice.
