ABOUT THE SPACEOur beautifully remodeled home will welcome your entire family with all the comforts of home for your much needed vacation. We have 3 bedrooms upstairs plus extra sleeping space in the den and first floor extra private room. There are 3 full bathrooms, one private master bathroom, 1 shared bathroom on 2nd floor and one full on the main floor. THE COMMUNITYSpinnler Point has full lake access including 4 “areaways” (private beaches) with lawn and picnic areas, docks and boat slips as well as two boat launches. Boat rentals are nearby. The boat slip is a 10 minute walk, /(.3 miles)/ 1500 ft. from the house or drive and park if space is available. Boats are limited to 23 feet and Pontoons/sailboats are 26 feet. Any boat that is rented should make sure meets these criteria. You will need to provide registration information for both boat and trailer before arriving as well as make/model of any rented boat once it's picked up. There's a queen size sleeper sofa couch to relax with a book and it can also be used to sleep 2 additional guests. Watch tv from bed from the 42" TV with a Firestick. Use the desk as your work from home office or as a distance learning classroom equipped with a chair and a desk lamp.Bedroom 03 (2nd Floor)The bedroom has 2 queen beds, a large closet, 4 side tables and 2 mirrors.ENTERTAINMENTWe have free Fast WiFi access throughout the house. If you need a break from electronics, then we also have favorite classic board games and books to keep you entertained in the game room and living room reading nook. A great record collection accompanies our record player, but you can also connect your own music to our Harmon Kardon audio bluetooth system.HEAT & ACHEAT: baseboard heaters are provided in each room and all have their own thermostat.If you would like to be sustainable and use less powered heat, we recommend bringing firewood to use the wood burning stove that will warm up the whole house.A/C: Portable Air conditioner is available in all rooms for summer months only.Upper bedrooms have ceiling fansLower bedroom has standing fanPET FRIENDLYWe do welcome pets, ($100 pet fee applies) with the expectation that they not be allowed on the beds or furniture at any time. Please make sure no evidence of them is left behind inside or outside the home. If you do bring your pet, please make sure you have time on the day of checkout to sweep and/or vacuum as necessary to remove any signs of pet hair. We also provide a large kennel and bowls for your convenience.Guest accessThe entire property is available to you, so please make yourself at home. Only areas that are off limits is the garage that has an access point via the ground floor family/game room with a private sign, 2 storage closets with private signs.
