Overall no real complaints, I would ignore many of the 2 star reviews. The staff are very good, most speak near perfect English, food available from 8am till 9pm I think, with a snack bar during the times the restaurant is closed. There is plenty of choice of food, I read a review about fussy eater, then bring your own food. The food is fine, the only issues if I wanted to be critical is at the bar some of the food is uncovered. Also the alcohol available was not the good stuff. Was surprised there was no ice cream available during the day for children, unless you wanted to pay extra for the magnum's etc. Booking in was fine, some rooms were ready, but we were there as a group of 13 at 12pm. Lifts are small and did take time, but it was not that bad. Staff were lovely, the hotel entertainment was the bit I'd be most critical of. Rooms were good, cleaned daily, yes the air-conditioning was poor, in the middle of June or July, I think you would struggle. Pool closed at 6pm which was a bit early, but the atmosphere was good, lots of hen and stag parties. Hotel seemed to be about 50% English, 25% Spanish, 15% French. Lots of kids enjoying themselves. Would definitely stay again, you pay for what you get and no one in our group had any complaints. Tip: if you are on a late flight, get up early, you can keep the room till 6pm for 40 euros, but I think due to the limited about of cleaners if you miss out it might be 4pm or even 2pm. There is a space to also leave luggage in a secure room, but that has it's risks.

Lovely hotel, staff, etc. Close to the beach. But their sausages at breakfast were crap. I was hoping to have some lovely Spanish sausages like I had when I went to Calella , but no. Horrible bland processed crappy bangers. Nearly ruined my weekend.

We stayed at this hotel 14 days. Very good hotel. Located nearby beach named Playa de Palmanova (5 min to go) and main street, where is the bus stop which gets you to Palma de Mallorca, Marineland... Food is amazing, tasty, no repeating, except breakfast, but everyone can choose. You get 2 tokens for drinks you can use it every bar (its for enviromental). Staff is very helpful and friendly (for example Marianno, Kata, Ana) everyone has smile on their faces. Cleaning very good, changing towels every day. We loved animations and night programmes, we had fun. We will definitely be back.

Most staff were aloof , all inclusive is the worst I’ve experienced , very limited drinks available, food seemed to be the same daily. Lifts were so slow and tiny.Also be aware that if you arrive before 2pm , you can have your room at €15 , we chose not to as we paid enough for the holiday, by doing this we couldn’t even get a cuppa😡

My 13y old son and I had a great time. The hotel is clean, and the room was large enough for us 2. Sunbeds are available all the time. The food was good . We def back next year

I returned 3 days ago from this hotel, where myself my daughter and both my parents spent 1 week, upon arrival we were checked in super quick and efficient, we got there before the 2pm check-in time so we paid 15euros for our room to get it early as we wanted to get packed and have something to eat, room was on the 3rd floor and it was lovely and clean, mini fridge ,hairdryer ,walk in shower are just Afew things to name, across the week we were there we thought there could be more choice of food at the night time but what was there was lovely ,breakfast and little dinner was good too, the pool area is great always get a sunbed I was amazed to see this, by the time we went to the pool on the day we arrived it was mid afternoon and there were beds available, so no need to get up at the crack of dawn You get 2 tokens each when you check in and these are for your drinks you hand them in they give you a cup and when you’ve finished at the end of the day take the cups back and they give you the tokens back, this is the same for night time too This is the 2nd time for me staying in this hotel the first time I stayed with my partner when I was pregnant with my twins so it was nice to go back and see everything Overall a nice holiday the hotel was good the weather was fab too
