Hotel and rooms are lovely staff are friendly and polite bar snacks and drink selection is very good but unfortunately the buffet selection at lunch and dinner is sometimes inedible Luke warm food with the wrong food labels apart from this the hotel is fabulous

The hotel is in a stunning location with beautiful views that really set the tone for a relaxing stay. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t fully meet expectations. The rooftop area was initially closed, and there weren’t enough poolside beds to accommodate all guests. When the rooftop did open earlier than planned, there were no drinks available—even though this was an all-inclusive stay. I was told I couldn’t access the rooftop before 10am due to policy, yet a group of other guests were allowed up before that time, which felt unfair and inconsistent. I also found cockroaches in the room. When I reported it, I was told this was common in Majorca during rainy periods, but it still impacted my comfort. As a vegetarian, I raised concerns about food handling—especially seeing the same utensils used for meat and fish. Unfortunately, despite bringing this up, they continued to prepare omelettes next to bacon on the same fryer, which felt careless and inconsiderate of dietary restrictions. This hotel has potential, especially with its location, but several operational and service-related issues really need to be addressed. Rating: 2/5

We stayed at this hotel for a total cost of €6000, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely negative. From the start, we noticed a serious lack of professionalism from the staff, including the management. The manager was nowhere to be found when a serious issue occurred, and according to one of the servers, she hides to avoid speaking directly with guests. This was confirmed when an incident revealed that confidential guest information had been shared with outsiders. This is not only illegal but extremely dangerous. Furthermore, non-guests were allowed access to the hotel rooms, which made us feel unsafe throughout our stay. The only time we saw the manager was when we politely asked why the rooftop was closed — even though we had been informed before booking that it would be open. Her response, delivered with a fake smile, was: “That was the decision of the general manager, because there isn’t enough staff and they don’t want to hire more.” Some staff members even told us she deliberately drives employees away to cut hotel costs. The restaurant was repetitive, and the so-called “all inclusive” service depended on the mood of the staff — you’re only properly served if you give generous tips. Cleanliness was okay, but some days the room was not cleaned at all. In summary: a dangerous hotel, toxic atmosphere, hypocritical staff, and irresponsible management. Strongly not recommended.

Arrived in room to be greeted by 4 large Cockroaches!! Complained to receptionist, went back to room after housekeeping had been in to find one dead on under the bed. We left the room, daughter already traumatised by seeing them. Sat in the reception area while they got us another room. Eventually got in the room at 1am. It was smaller and the balcony too. The bed was really comfortable and toilet/shower was nice too. Went for breakfast in the morning omg the food was cold, scrambled egg cold, sausages cold, this turned out to be a regular occurrence through the week! Lunch & dinner cold. Not enough staff serving at the 2 bars had to wait in a long queue to get served which was annoying. Didn’t get house keeping in the room either, until I asked for it! (Must of forgot the room was occupied) We were really disappointed with this hotel, really disappointed. Overall the Hotel was clean and nice pool area but Definitely not a 4 star I’m afraid.

Immaculate Hotel, comfy beds and fresh food. Staff are happy and it shows in the service they give. Simone was the head chef and he created some incredible and fresh food. Best all inclusive I've ever been too. Rooms cleaned everyday. Drunks tasty and plentiful.

The hotel is spotless, onlooking the beach and right in the centre of Palmanova. Pools are great with lots on throughout the day to keep both kids and adults entertained Jose makes an amazing pina colada. We stayed last year as a family of four and came back as a couple this year for a break. Frank’s restaurant is great and the service (staff go above and beyond) desserts….wow Thank you
