Globales Palmanova Palace

Don't feel this is a 4 star hotel.. the room wasn't great as at the front of the hotel so didn't get any sun at all,day or night, room 412. This left getting swim wear impossible to dry. The heating wasn't a option to put on even when cold. So ended up buying more from the shop.. then had to pay 1 euro a day for each towel also to change as still wet. The room itself was poor. My 6year old catching his foot on a raw plug in the bathroom floor. I could only just about fit in the bathroom being 6ft. All in all was very average and wouldn't return. The globalas hotel next door looked brilliant and not sure if the globalas palace is piggy backing of that star rating. Don't get mixed up between the too. Then to box it all off when it rained we found are selves getting wet in bed as the ceiling was leaking through. Just not what you would expect and very disappointed.

Enjoyed our stay. Only 5 minutes from the beach and main strip. Rooms were good. We stayed on the 6th floor over looking the main road, didn't hear the traffic at all. We liked the food, good choice. Worth remembering its buffet style. Entertainment team were fantastic, hotel staff were okay not overly friendly. Pool area is good and beds available all day, but it was October. Not all side really get the sun. Would go back.

This was our third year staying all inclusive at Palmanova Palace and we had another great holiday. We absolutely love the friendly atmosphere here and the hotel is always spotlessly clean. The food is excellent with a great range of options, using fresh produce and ingredients - huge compliments to the chefs and special thanks to Isabel and the very efficient restaurant team who work so hard, but are always smiling! The bar staff and animation team are also brilliant and do a fantastic job. We can’t wait to come back next year!

We’re currently staying in the hotel the rooms are small but pleasant and clean. We read reviews about the food being terrible but after staying at Globales all-inclusive hotels before we had an idea what to expect. We however are extremely disappointed with this one …..the snack bar is terrible there have been cold toasties laid underneath the warmer for around 3 hours which had curled up before they were replenished. All the food is cold and is being re-stocked very slowly. The restaurant is average has a good selection of salad but opening times are short during the day which is why the snack bar is relied upon. Staff are friendly and the hotel is kept clean…..it’s just a pity it is let down by the food service.

Good hotel in a good location. The animation entertainment team especially "Charlotte" Carleta Hernandez made our holiday . She is a special person who will go far in life, they are lucky to have her working for them. A big Hola to the bar staff who kept us hydrated sometimes a bit too much hic.

although the entertainment team were friendly enough, the hotel itself was not at all what it was advertised. the pool is a lot smaller than it looks and you aren’t even allowed to jump in, have a fly-away ball to play with and you aren’t allowed inflatables- i saw one woman with a tiny floaty smaller than the pool noodles given by the hotel for pool gym aerobics told they weren’t allowed it. the pool bar was not open a single time and the only thing we could see was when the door was slight ajar wedges by metal canisters inside it. the food was stone cold and the hotel staff were quite rude when you’d address a problem, their reply often sounded sarcastic, especially after reporting money stole off us. not many english families are in the hotel so the rest of the guests don’t have a clue what you say to them and equally don’t care if you don’t speak the same language as them, they shove past you, point, laugh and also push in the line for food. despite all this awfulness i would like to have a special mention for ahmed one of the members of staff who was the only one of the staff inside which was not rude.
