Lokalizacja bardzo dobra ,śliczne widoki z balkonu z wyższych pięter , do centrum historycznego pieszo Ok 15 min, na plaże autobus miejski dobrze skomunikowana, śniadania różnorodne smaczne z produktami regionalnymi i myślę że każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, pokoje dobrze wyciszone z indywidualną klimatyzacją, codzienne sprzątanie , woda bezpłatnie i barek obfity odpłatnie Co prawda w niektórych miejscach widać ząb czasu ale jest to nie istotne chyba że trafi na malkontenta

Nice, clean hotel. Parking was inconvenient and lots of construction in the area. Overall, nice property.

Friendly attentive staff, good room facilities and nice pool/bar area.

Run down properly that needs updating...staff is a bit apathetic...BUT on the plus side, Great Location and Very Good Breakfast

Facilities in the hotel were good. The only let down was the quality of the food which was poor for a 4☆ hotel. We didn't have breakfast but the bar meals were just poor

At checkin I was offered breakfast for $13 a day and I added breakfast to our stay. Next morning, went to breakfast and they have no record of it. Charged us full price. Went to the lobby next morning to straighten it out and they said I don’t see breakfast added to your stay…

Great location and room with view of marina. Short walk into Palma. Pool nice although terrace closed at 4pm due to a private event being held.

Had an 11th floor room overlooking the front of the hotel with a view of the Marina and promenade.

Property was great but the staff was rude at times. They gave me a room with an extra bed and when I asked them to change they asked why is the extra bed a problem. I had to try really hard to get the room changed and even then it was done like they were doing a favour to me.

QUANDO ME DERAM QUARTO,ERA DE FUNDOS ! CERTAMENTE UM DOS PIORES DO HOTEL. MUITO BOM HOTEL!

Pot was broken, shampoo and body gel were almost empty from the first day. To me, it looks not ready to have a guest.

Good hotel for a 3 night stay. Room was spacious and clean. Walkable to old town and the marina. Beds were quite uncomfortable though.

My view. I was on a top floor looking into the river with a lot of bachata, cruise ships and the like. The sunrise was magnificent.
