Stayed in 20 bed mixed dorm, could hardly even tell because the beds are in little pods with curtains, individual lights, and chargers. 3 showers & 2 toilets but never had to wait, however only one of the showers locked. Kitchen was well equipped, common area good and social, staff helpful and helped me book some activites. Location 20min walk away from city centre and 5min from big supermarket. Overall great experience.

This is not a four star hotel, it has no front desk and no employees, I made my booking on the website, when I went to their sister property, a hostel on the next street, for no reason whatsoever they told me I was being rude, and said they would not help me with my check in and give me my room. When I had already a reservation made from days if not weeks in advance. They lack customer service, and more importantly they show themselves on the internet as a four star hotel when it should be a two or three star hotel. The Argentinian employees that said I could not have my room nor would they help me with my check in seriously need to study some HOSPITALITY. I studied hospitality myself, travel the world constantly, and this is something I have never seen before. Horrible customer service. Lack of hospitality.

Best hostel I’ve ever been to! The rooms were amazing and all the public areas aswell. There were alot of solo travellers and it was really easy to meet people here, especially on the rooftoppool. The staff was super nice and helpful. 100% recommend going here!

The best of the best. Lo mejor de lo mejor 5 estrellas. Hostel muy completo. Staff 5 estrellas. Todas las instalaciones son increíbles. Lobby muy bonito. Áreas comunes muy buenas. Ubicación buena a 20/30 minutos caminando al centro. Hostel muy seguro.

One of the best citybreak apartments we ever stayed in! Centraly located but out of the crowd of Palma. Supermarket, bakery at the corner and busstation at 7min walk. Very bright, light Apartment with modern equipment, decoration and all you need to have a great stay in Palma for some days. The cleaning service and change of towels is a nice extra! We loved this place and will be back(hopefully soon😊)

Everything went well Staff professionals and cordial Rooms and bathrooms clean They have a huge lobby where you can get together with friends and family They have a bar The only missing thing is breakfast which they don't provide. I would suggest at least coffee should be provided Generally my experience was good and I would recommend it to all travelers

An excellent place to stay for solo travelers and digital nomads with plenty of desk space, cool background music in common areas, very clean all around, and excellent kitchen and lounge areas. An ideal location, close to Palma city and the old town buildings and cathedral. Plenty of meal options nearby and the beach is only 5 minutes walk. Staying in an 18-bed dorm was surprisingly comfortable with excellent lockers, bathrooms, and showers, and the beds were very comfortable and well sectioned off to prevent disturbance. Plenty of courtyard areas to enjoy a drink with fellow travelers. Excellent cleaning service and security. There was a pool and bar but I did not use these facilities. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed for 3-4 weeks and would recommend BOC City hostel for solo travelers.

Really amazing hostel, super friendly staff with great knowledge of the City and great English. Lush rooftop pool. Beds are in little pods with curtains. Only criticism is they don’t accept Amex, but nowhere in Mallorca does!

Cheap and very comfortable. Sleeping cabins offer privacy with room to sleep, read and relax. The lockers were large to accomodate clothes and rucksacks with a lock which was controlled by the”room card”. No keys to worry about. Excellent showers and toilets. We were 11 adults sharing the room and everybody slept well after our 6 day hike in the mountains. The check-in was electronic and the system was somewhat “clumsy” and time consuming. Probably not a problem if you’re in your 20’s - I’m 70;years old.
