Excellent value for money. Spotlessly clean Stayed in the basic double room, not the largest of rooms, but you have everything you need. Breakfast is extremely good for €11 pp. Location is fine if you have good mobility as its uphill from the sea front. What makes this hotel? THE STAFF, they go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. A special shout out to Lukas on reception who is just amazing. Our only little ****** is there is no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms, but available 24/7 from the bar in reception. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

Such helpful friendly staff . Thank you for all your great advice. Modern hotel , good breakfast. Used bus 4 to get to local beaches. Went to Cala major, illetes, Porto potals 2 euros cash only! Got taxi into Palma 7/8 euros . Cafe near by. Rooms clean daily. Would recommend this hotel

What a lovely hotel. I visited Palma in 2017 and stayed in a villa on the same street, so I knew the location would be great. It is lovely and quiet around the hotel, but the main road (Joan Miró) is just 2 mins walk away with a variety of lively bars, restaurants, cafés, convenience stores and pharmacies. There is a large supermarket (Mercadona) 5 mins walk away. You can walk right into the city centre, Marina etc. from the hotel in 15-20 minutes. Porto Pí shopping centre with a huge Carrefour is accessible by foot (20 mins) or by bus from Joan Miró. The hotel has room at the front for taxi drop off if you need it. Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly member of staff at check in, he was helpful and explained everything to me that I needed including WiFi, breakfast etc. There are maps at the reception desk too if you need them. I stayed on the second floor and there is an elevator if you have heavy bags. I didn’t use it but there is a small café-bar on the ground floor near reception; it has a very calm and peaceful decor. There is always someone at reception 24/7 if you need them. The room was a twin/double for solo use and I felt safe as a female solo traveller. The beds were super comfy and there are plenty of pillows. There is a mini bar in the room which means you can also store your own refreshments which is handy - don’t have to go back and forth from the shops too much. Plenty of storage in the wardrobe and there is a safe too. The balcony was lovely - what I would do to be back on there with a cold cerveza watching the sunset. Bathroom was clean and contemporary with shampoo, shower gel and soap. My room was spotless every day thanks to cleaning staff. There is AC in the room. Only downside is there is no swimming pool but you are not far from the beaches and you can always purchase day passes for other hotel pools and spas. Breakfast buffet has a very wide choice and a coffee machine (plus teas). I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Palma!!

Room was cramped, not good for two people. No place to put suitcases! Not even floor space or closet space for luggage. Uncomfortably small. If you are travelling in a room alone, it would probably be a fine choice. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. The location was good, near the #4 bus (EU2) into town and near the tourist bus #50 as well. Breakfast was excellent. Air conditioner fan was very loud.

Stayed for a week with a friend in Zurbaran. Very nice and clean hotel. A room is a little bit small but it’s ok by the European standards. We didn’t have breakfast included so we have to pay 11 euros for it. But it was worth it, you could find anything you want starting from fresh fruits and yoghurts and finishing with sausages and eggs. Hotel situation in a good spot between centre of Palma and great beaches. 20 minutes by foot to the historical centre and 15 minutes by bus to the most amazing beaches of Mallorca Highly recommend this place for couples and friends

We stayed here in October for 5 nights. The staff could not have tried harder to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The location is great as it's just a little way out of the city in a quiet street. The Hotel had a small car park which made life easier. It was my 2nd stay here. Last time was in 2019. Both times everything was perfect. It is very good value.

The hotel is a little old fashioned but we found the room was clean and the hotel was quiet which is all you need for a city break. The check in process was very straight forward and the gentleman on the desk was really helpful with how to get around the city. We hadn’t pre-booked breakfast and just wandered down in the morning to see whether it was worth it and it was, there was plenty of choice of fruit, cooked breakfast and pastries. There was even a basket with some gluten free muffins. The castle is close by, within walking distance and worth walking up the steps to get the views. The cathedral is a bit of a walk but it’s a pleasant walk along the harbour front and it is a flat route so not strenuous at all. The hotel also offers free entry tickets to the Joan Miro museum if you go to their sister hotel which is up the road from the museum and is about 8 euros in a taxi from Sercetol. The taxi to the airport is only between 20 and 25 euros. The local area is much quieter so we had a decent sleep and the bathroom provided free shampoo, shower gel and soap. I would recommend this hotel if you are happy to spend some time walking to the main tourist sights and see it as a base for the night.

Ottima colazione varia e di qualità, sempre abbondante anche la mattina tardi. Bei tempi per farlo. Gentilezza in camera e alla reception. Bellissima struttura, molto silenziosa, silenziosa (è un peccato che i corridoi siano stretti e quindi tendi ad ascoltare troppi rumori da chi esce dalla stanza o dalle cameriere che chiacchierano mentre fanno il loro lavoro), ma sicuramente una bella struttura. Consiglio di togliere la vasca nei bagni e di installare una cabina doccia in modo che magari si possa installare anche un bidet più pratico e auspicabile. Parcheggio a pagamento (11 euro al giorno..!!). Sarebbe meglio gratuitamente essendoci molti posti o almeno un pagamento calmierato.
