Great Stay. Modern and stylish furniture, comfortable bed, and decent size room. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and location was very central, in acstreet full of restaurants and nice cafes. Highly recommended

Situated on a pedestrianised area close to old town (easily walkable) hotel staff were exceptional. I needed something extra for our room which was sorted quickly. Breakfast is wonderful. Buffet style cereals, fresh juices, meats cheeses and pastries. Cooked breakfast available and cooked to order which was also excellent Used the rooftop pool each morning before breakfast for my “cold dip” The only suggestion I would make is to have a couple of hooks for towels after showering and also the sensor light for the toilet is a little annoying in the middle of the night if partner is sleeping and the light comes on when using toilet Easy walk to bus stop for Palma airport (5mine) Special mention to our breakfast lady who was always very attentive If visiting Palma again I will be staying at this hotel for sure

A lovely hotel that is in a perfect location to fully enjoy Palma, with low travel costs and so much to do within walking distance. The rooms were beautiful and pristine. The highlight was the warm and friendly staff. Juliana and Carla went above and beyond to help guide us during our stay and recommend some of the best local places to eat and sites to visit, anything we needed, they were happy to help. Anna and the kitchen staff were amazing and the breakfast was incredible. The service and hospitality from staff was 10/10. Everyone was so nice and welcoming that I had to make an account to leave a review for the first time. Can't wait to go back.

Amazing experience that has been added to my yearly visits. The hotel rooms that we occupied were spotless and high quality. The hotel was situated in an area that was close to everything from restaurants to grocery stalls. Not to mention the 10/10 hospitality from the service. Juliana and Carla were phenomenal in their service and friendliness to me and my family, ensuring that we felt welcomed and were not shy of things to do during our time there. Will most definitely be seeing us again.

We stayed one night in this small but lovely hotel. It is in a perfect location in Palma city centre and taxi to/from the airport was just under 25€ each way. We had breakfast which was part continental buffet with choice of additional ordering of hot food. It was very nice and I would recommend. Staff are all very friendly and the room was comfortable with water, tea and coffee provided in the room complimentary. We enjoyed our stay. The bathroom is partly open planned. We were about a 20 minute walk to the cathedral and palace.

We booked two twin rooms as a group of friends. We were greeted by Alexandra who was very friendly and helpful. She showed us on a map where the good places to eat were and visit. The location was great and it was extremely easy to get about on foot and also to grab a taxi and visit other areas. The pool area was really good and chilled, nice touch that they provide beach towels in your room. The room and beds were really comfortable and the shower gel/shampoo etc were great, air con worked well. We always went out for breakfast but we could have eaten in the adjoining cafe. The only negative and the reason I would not give this five stars is that you have to get your one bottle of water (per room not per person) filled up by reception. This is really strange in a four star hotel normally you are provided with fresh bottles of water every day in a hotel of this standard and I feel it lets them down. I also wish they provided proper milk for a tea and also decent coffee as it was tiny and quite bitter. However the above are small things and I would stay here again,

Currently staying for two night before heading to Magaluf for a few days. The room is spotlessly clean, well decorated and designed and no issues at all with noise. Pool on the roof, which we didn’t use because we didn’t get chance but looked great. Staff welcoming and full of local knowledge which was a god send and welcomed. Breakfast we are trying to get in the morning but I’m sure it will be great and local restaurants outside to cater for everyone’s needs. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend for future visits. Was going to stay at a different 5 star hotel but glad we booked this instead. Well done to the team Overall 6 stars out of 5

Excellent hotel. Boutique, lovely decor, nice and small. Location is ideal. Just out of old town, but extremely walkable right down to the Cathedral. Minutes walk from Placa de Espanya, which is a real transport hub, housing the main bus and train station, also the heritage railway to Soller. The street outside is pedestrianised, and lined with bars, restaurants, and cafes. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Reception staff, Petra, and Alexandra are extremely welcoming and helpful. Pool and outside areas closed till next month. Checked them out and look amazing. Breakfast was good. Room size was good, well appointed, bathroom set up is great, great hanging space. Happily recommend to anyone.

Amazingly priced hotel in a good location. Me and my partner have stayed in Palma a couple of times and this has to be one of the best 4 star boutique hotels! In a quieter part of Palma too. The rooms are cleaned really well and quite spacious with a small balcony. Roof top pool area got lots of sun! Loved every minute of it and will definitely be back!
