The place was nice for a hostel. Met some really friendly people. Staff were so lovely and helpful. Would recommend!!

On the first day, the air conditioner was so cold that I couldn't sleep. I was given the wrong 2 sheets when I was not given one. On the second day, there was no air conditioning at all. I woke up many times because of the heat. I had to press the shower every 3 seconds to get water! I thought I went to a public beach!

Very nice and clean hostel with everything you need, very pleasant Service, I was able to practice my Spanish. at night there was a small incident while I was walking, the guys in the room closed the window, as someone was making noise in the street and the room turned into a sauna, it was very hot, I asked the guy at the Reception to turn it on the air conditioning and immediately got cold in the common room, thank you very much. I have lived in different hostels and I can say that it is a hostel among the best very hot and dirty hostel and service, so practice my Spanish. The location is average, it takes about 30 minutes to walk anywhere. But the hygiene here is the cleanest among all the youth hostels I have ever stayed in. Especially the bathing area feels great. 

Very good place, good service

Despite a late arrival, the establishment was able to respond to the problem in advance and my room was kept. Very happy with the services offered.

A friendly hostel very well accommodated. And excellent facilities. They have given me to rent a car and everything has turned out wonderfully. Everything is great.

It was one of my worst stays in a hotel. The kitchen is located on the floor. It is adjacent to all the rooms, so every night it is a place of loud chatter and does not give you the opportunity to rest at all, and this issue is not followed up at all by the receptionist.

We hostel de Palma was an amazing experience the staff were so friendly, helpful and kind. We had an amazing room- which was space themed which was really cool. Thank you to the hostel for an amazingly lovely time I would highly recommend. The roof terrace was especially nice as it was a sun trap and fun to play games up there.
