Ulasan Holiday Inn Resort Aruba - Beach Resort & Casino, an IHG Hotel

Ini adalah tempat paling ramah dan bahagia di bumi. Seluruh staf membantu segera setelah Anda memasuki resor. Kami senang melihat Leabitt Reynoso di pondok palapa. Kepribadiannya yang luar biasa bersama dengan orang lain adalah alasan saya akan kembali ke Holiday Inn beberapa kali dalam setahun. Kami menyukai resor ini!

When we went to check in, we were early so we checked out bags and went out for a few hours. We returned to a long line at check in. We reached the desk at 3:50 but were told our room wasn't ready. The clerk told me we should go back in line bc rooms were not guaranteed until 4. Another worker interjected and told us to stand aside and she took care of it so we didn't need to wait in line again. Most of the other workers were very pleasant. The room was clean, although simple. Great pillows! The towels seemed a bit old and wouldn't dry so we had to get new towels each day. Location is great and the grounds were perfect.

Wonderful area close to everything staff is great and very accommodating.

The service was good and the location was near everything. We enjoyed staying at the hotel.

First time in Aruba, already planning our trip to return

Hotel owns huge part of the beach. Few pools, few restaurants, live music all away, great food and service. If Aruba is not to complicated with airport I would come again. Hotel is 5/5

Easy check in and out. Room was ok, not a fan of Building 7: The music from the bar was disturbing to sleep. I would have liked to have been informed of this when checking in. Should I have to stay again at the Holiday Inn, I will request a different building.

A praia do hotel é excelente. A equipe sempre muito educada e prestativa. As amenidades do nosso quarto também eram de excelente qualidade (o mesmo não se passou com um casal de amigos que viajou conosco e ficou hospedado no mesmo hotel). Um ótimo café da manhã e os restaurantes do hotel servem bons pratos. Academia simples, mas bem limpa e em condições de realizar treinos elementares. Voltaria a me hospedar no hotel.

As a first timer visiting Aruba, then holiday inn on the beach is a WIN! Everyone is so pleasant and kind and welcoming. The tricky part is ensuring that you reserve your spot for dinner. . We missed that opportunity the first night but got the hang of it on day 2. I rented a car and parking is free since we use the room key to get into the big park lot. Does a great job of making sure they answer questions. They have a few pools and again the beach access is always a great choice!!

Excellent place to stay, every employee was extremely helpful and friendly. One week was not enough. Shopping and restaurants across the street was nice to have. The food at every restaurant on the grounds was great, and fast service.

Property was great, beach was very nice, rooms were good. As all-inclusive is an addon package and not mandatory, there are a lot of extras even when on the package. We also were unable to get seated at a restaurant on property the night we arrived - we booked reservations for the remainder of the week and did not have the problem again. We had a good stay but next time will likely stay on a property dedicated to the all-inclusive experience.
