Convenient access to early international airport check in only reason to recommend, looks very nice on the surface, hot water would have been nice.

空港送迎(pick up and drop off)がついていたので、とても便利でした。渋滞していなければ、10分もかからない距離です。
でも、ホテルの立地が街中ではないため、付近でレストランを探すのは難しいかもしれません。

Worst hotel ever. We had a reservation for late arrival and called upfront to ensure they held our room. We also paid for the hotel to arrange the pick up from the airport. When arrived there was no pick up. After many calls they send a car 2 hrs late. When arriving through the slums at the hotel, it was clear why they didn’t send the car:,the room was given away. And there we were at 2 am with 2 young kids. No support to look for other hotel room elsewhere. The staff just laughed in our face. Other guests arrived and had the same: a reservation but their room was given away already. Dreadful experience and staff was awful

I am K Shanker Narayan. I stayed this hotel yesterday and vacated today morning. In bathroom water was not available. I complained to Mr Avinash. But he is smiling and did not take any action. He was very rude. My room no was 215. Mr Avinash is also having bad behaviour to customers. He is the one with a hat sitting in the reception .I request you to take action against him. But i dont want other staff to suffer due to mistake of one person. Please take remedial measures to rectify this. Thanks. Shanker

Great location for the airport and a very authentic Indian location where you can witness the real India. Although it’s in a very poor area it’s completely safe to walk around. The manager and reception team were great very welcoming and professional -we arrived around 6.00pm . Sadly on leaving this morning at 7.00 am the *** on reception was not friendly and had no customer service skills - this was a first in India where everyone has been so helpful and professional

This hotel is pathetic. We had booked just for a day. There were cockroaches in the room and the lobby on the 1st floor was stinking of garbage. We booked deluxe room but it was a very congested room. It is not at all worth the money they charge. Better to pay few extra amount and get a good hotel a little further than airport. The food as well was not good. The roti we ordered was tasting sour. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all .

We took room at 10 pm on 19/08/2022 so as to be convenient to take flight tomorrow ant completed our tour from Amritsar to Bangalore,Kanchipuram, Pondicherry, Chidambaram, Trichy and back.I am aged 63 years old and My wife is 59 years old..AC not working and reception does not act on my complaints after 30 mints one person shows trying with remote and said I have made changes but there was no change.We had no option but stay as we are which shows their deficiencies
