Log cottage 2000, living room/kitchen 2 extra beds (1 foldable sofa bed), bedroom 2 beds, sleeping loft/alcove 2 beds (few steep stair to the loft, see the photo), sauna, washroom, terrace. Access to WC and sauna from outside cottage.
Blu-Ray/DVD-player. Air source heat pump, with cooling and heating functions. Nice cottage in lovely sunny place on shore of Lake Kukkiajärvi. Cottage plot is sunny and gently sloping. Additionally, in yard fixed grill with table and benches, as well as lean-to, in front of which campfire place.
Smoke sauna on the yard can also be rented for separate charge, can be rented from first of May until end of October. NB! Lakeside sauna is smokesauna. The rent of smoke sauna in year 2019 is 120 euros / use.
Tap water contais iron, which causes some taste to the water. However, water is examined and safe to use. However, the owner brings drinking water to the cottage in the beginning of the holiday and can inform where to get more.
The boat is quite spacious (for 4 persons) and more suitable for driving with an outboard motor. However, can also be rowed. For rent outboard motor (3.5 hp). Additionally canoe for 2 persons and life jackets. Good fishing opportunities – owner can assist fishing enthusiasts.

Sappee ski resort approx. 18 km. Nearest cottage neighbor in 150 m, rarely used neighbor's lakeside sauna is closer.
