Host was very responsive. He text directions and remain at your disposal till you check in. The place is amazing. The view was nice. Take a bus 101 from Centrale Station. Drop at 9-10 stops at Liberta - Quintino Sella and it’s 3 mins walk. Place was clean and they have shared area for drinks and refreshments. Of course as it’s a shared apartment you have to keep your volume down. For families, i suggest try getting all 4 rooms. They have 4 rooms total in the unit. But my room was perfect. One king bed and there is a comfortable sofa bed which is like a single bed size for us asian. Water in the shared kitchen was topped up promptly. I feel bad i keep drinking alot and they probably had to keep topping up but all is good. It’s clean. Sheets smells amazing. Toilet is dry and doesn’t smell ( you know some have that drainage smell). This apartment doesn’t. Good for all ages. There is a lift to go up, at the entrance there is a bit of stairs but there is the wheelchair ramp as well for those who need. Overall amazing place and importantly amazing host. Responsive and greet you with smiles. English speaking too! So perfecto. We arrived abit too early at 6am and host even offered to store our luggage in the shared breakfast area which you can freshen up but of course after breakfast service 10am. Otherwise there is a luggage storage area at the train station.

Prenotato chiamando direttamente il numero di telefono, risponde il proprietario, persona gentilissima e disponibilissima, la nave ha tardato l’arrivo quindi quando siamo arrivati lui non c’era Gi, ci ha seguito telefonicamente per prendere le chiavi ed entrare nella camera, per mandare i documenti d’identità è bastata una foto e via con un messaggio. Camera ordinata, ben tenuta, e bagno pulito e nuovo. C’è anche una stanza “comune” dove si può fare un ottimo caffè. Prezzo nella norma, telefonando ho avuto un prezzo più basso di quello di Booking. A più o meno 700/800 metri c’è il centro pieno di Palermo, essendo all’8 piano invece si riesce a riposare in totale serenità.

Ambienti semplici ma forniti di tutto, pulitissimi, posizione perfetta per esplorare il centro di Palermo. Inoltre uno Staff gentilissimo e disponibile, assolutamente consigliato! Pronta a tornarci presto!
