The hotel needs some serious investment. Ganpati grand has been a good hotel and is still probably the better hotel in palani. But the management needs to seriously look at customer experience seriously. We had issues with room going powerless every time the hotel switches to dg power owing to load-shedding. Also there was work happening including painting in areas where people are staying.

Used to be good years back. Standard have deteorated. No restaurant facility. Even for the morning coffee one has to go out. Broken toilet and paint peeled off walls made my stay unpleasant. The hotel need a good facelift to restore its lost glory.

The room was not maintained well. Ac remote nor tv remote were provided. Though i did not request when found them to be unavailable in the room. This is basic and should be available. Rooms were poorly maintained and were not kept clean for the guest to occupy. Despite checked in at 4;30 pm room were not cleaned.

It's a nice property room and the washroom is clean Mr Sunil the manager is very good and polite even including the other staff.
it's hardly 1 km from the temple entrance and the bus stand is hardly 60 metres from the hotel.

The hotel was good as always. This is my second visit after 1 year and the welcome gesture was good. The food we have to order and give money to the hotel support staff and he will deliver us from the nearby hotel. They are very honest and the way they treat the customer is good.

I visited palani and chosen this hotel in a short time.hotel is located nearby foothill of temple.rooms are clean.staffs are courteous and polite.there is no restaurant available with the hotel.overall it's a good stay.

property location is very close to temple adivaram..just 50 mtr only to walk.
restaurent is good.
room standard is not upto the mark compared to tariff.
booked triple deluxe room.
booked with temple/ hill view. but didn't provide the same and it was disappointed.

GGuest UserGood location, walkable distance to temple. Good parking space, neat and clean room and location. I appreciate the hospitality of the staff and behaviour. Since i was a bit late to reach, they contacted and made sure the booking for me. Recommend this place.
