For this place, it is considered a new and modern hotel that has changed the dimension of my hotel stay in Laos. It is a hotel that is based on the modern dimension, decorated with contemporary architecture. It does not focus on wood like other places. There is an elevator, breakfast that everyone can eat, and the room has a strong water pressure. First impression, wow! The staff are friendly and provide appropriate advice for traveling within the city. They also have a car service at a fair price. It does not emphasize that you have to call a chartered car only.

In the same size city as the small town of Base, this Sengoalang is already the top of the local area. Although I can't complain about 😂😂😂, according to the national conditions of Laos, third world countries, we can't have requirements, hahahahaha...because there are requirements and it doesn't help...People are on that condition. ...One person at the front desk can speak English, and the others speak Thai (~ can translate software to wait, signal 2-3G... Hahaha... often disconnected the network... Don't say it... Hahaha... Make up for it yourself 😅)...

It is a very good homestay, the owner is very hospitable, the environment is elegant, I look forward to staying in Base next time!

The room is not very clean. The refrigerator has stains. But good service staff Suitable for booking to relax, short trip, stay near the supermarket. But looking for a few restaurants next to eat

The standard of a four-star hotel can only be average. The style of the hotel is great. The swimming pool is very beautiful but it is always full of dead mosquitoes and dead flies floating on the surface. The staff is very enthusiastic and treats me like family, very warm. Love this hotel very much.

Good position ,friendly staff good rooftop bar,they take our checkin also at 5.00 am outside the hotel u can find every service for rent a bike or tour in the city

Lovely hotel in Pakse, with very good location near cafes, restaurants, embankment and motorental agencies - city center for sure. There are all necessary amenities in the room: toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, water and mini bar in case you need smth. Sheets and towels are white, cleaning is very good, wi-fi works also ok and AC located good, you will not die of freezin👌 The best thing in the hotel is the staff! I thanks a lot - they are super friendly and kind, good people and could help you in case you ask 🤗 If you will choose Standard room, it is better to ask for 4th floor- the window there more bigger (room 407). I also stayed in 506, it is the same, but the window is one one and narrow. The rooftop is very cool, during the rain it covered, i think the sunset there is perfect, unfortunately had no chance to visit. The breakfast is good, everything you need you could find: omelette, fruits, fresh milk, bread, different jams, pate, and other things i suppose people eat for breakfast. So, i highly recommend this hotel! 🤗

It was a great experience for me when i’ve been to Pak Se , Lao and stay at Champasak Grand Hotel . This hotel very comfortable, with friendly staffs. Highly recommend by me.
