Hotel dekat Thunder Dome, Pak Kret

I recently stayed at Novotel Impact Bangkok for 2 nights, and my experience was nothing short of amazing. The room was impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient for anyone attending business meetings or events at Impact, as it is just a short distance away. Additionally, its proximity to Cosmo Bazaar and a variety of food shops adds to the convenience, making it easy to find dining options nearby. The overall service and amenities exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend this hotel for both business travelers and event attendees. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip!

I stayed at ibis Bangkok IMPACT for one night on 6th October when I attended the Kpop Masterz concert featuring Ateez and Treasure at Impact Challenger Hall. It was an excellent choice, especially for anyone attending events/ concerts in the nearby venues. What I loved: 1. The location is ideal—walking distance to Impact Challenger, Impact Arena, and Thunderdome. The hotel even has a convenient sky bridge connecting to these venues. 2. I arrived from Malaysia on a morning flight and planned to leave my heavy bag at the hotel before exploring the area, as the concert was at 6 pm. To my delight, they allowed early check-in at 11:30 am, which was incredibly considerate of them, especially since many guests were attending the concert. It made my day! 3. The hotel lobby is spacious, clean, and welcoming, and the check-in process was efficient. Despite a 10-minute queue, I was checked in within 5 minutes. 4. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. 5. Multiple elevators - Even though the hotel was fully booked, the elevators were never crowded. My friend and I often found ourselves the only ones in the elevator, even during busy check-in and check-out times, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. 6. The surroundings felt safe and secure, and it’s just a 20-30 minute Grab ride from Don Mueang Airport, which was super convenient. 7. While the room wasn’t very large, it was comfortable enough for a restful stay before and after the concert. 8. As a Muslim traveler, I noticed there weren’t many halal restaurants nearby, but Grab provided a lot of food delivery options, which worked well for my short stay. 9. The price was reasonable considering the proximity to the venue and the services provided. The Highly recommended, especially for K-pop fans attending concerts at Impact Challenger Hall, Impact Arena, Thunderdome, the Impact Exhibition Center, or the Muang Thong Thani Lakeside. The room is very clean, but it's hard to find. The bathroom is very small, with few toiletries, no toothbrush or toothpaste, only shampoo and soap. But it's very safe, there's a security guard downstairs watching the surveillance all the time. The room has a refrigerator, air conditioning and a fan. When you check in, you just need to find the key. It's very suitable for us. It's also very close to impact, just over ten minutes' walk. It's more than 100 yuan a night, much cheaper than Ibis. I'll come again next time😃

Modern and clean hotel. Very good location as it is located next to the train station. Check in and out was a breeze too. Only downside was check in lady wasn’t as friendly. Slightly older lady. Maybe a smile will make customer feel more welcome.

Stayed 1 night for location to local football stadium. Great service with free mini van to drop me at the stadium. Room was clean and had everything you need for a 1 night stay. would recommend and would definitely stay again if im in the area.

If you’re looking for the place for the Impact Arena hall, is one of the best choice that you should have chosen. There is the free drop-off transfer to the hall. Is a good area, which is the noise disturbance from the road. The condition of the room was okay, and the pool was very nice. ✨ Breakfast was good. Only thing that I got blamed by the chef that I did not know how to use the coffee machine because normally in the hotel, the guest just select and press on whatever coffee they want. And I would say that “you dont understand, need to ask the staff to do”. Anyways, the reception and the breakfast room attendant were helpful and nice. 

Beautiful view from the room on a high floor. Very clean. Lovely staff, kind, welcoming and helpful. Amazing tasty food whether the breakfast or the à la carte lunch.

A small hotel located on the Pak Kret bypass road. It is quiet and there is no noise from traffic, but it is difficult for people without cars to get here. As soon as you enter the door, you will smell the fragrance. The room is a suitable size, the air conditioning is cold, the bed and pillows are clean, there are soaps, shampoos, conditioners, natural products, towels, hair dryers, cold air conditioning, hot water. Next to the hotel is a large coffee shop that offers hotel users a 10 baht discount per cup. The hotel has an electric car charger.

We were able to check in at 5pm on a fully booked day and towels were only delivered in the evening. The staff used the key card to open the room without knocking first. Breakfast was not varied and not taken care of at all. I understand that there was a New Year's party but they should have prepared in advance because the price was not cheap. One of the rooms we got had a dusty floor and our feet were black as if it had not been cleaned. The other room was normal. The atmosphere of the accommodation was good, beautifully decorated, on the river with a good view. The staff in every department were well-mannered.

This place is perfect both location and the comfy room. The room is nice and clean. The service is excellent. Recommend to visit:))
