Hotel Pak Kret Ban Mai

I recently stayed at Novotel Impact Bangkok for 2 nights, and my experience was nothing short of amazing. The room was impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient for anyone attending business meetings or events at Impact, as it is just a short distance away. Additionally, its proximity to Cosmo Bazaar and a variety of food shops adds to the convenience, making it easy to find dining options nearby. The overall service and amenities exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend this hotel for both business travelers and event attendees. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip!

I stayed at ibis Bangkok IMPACT for one night on 6th October when I attended the Kpop Masterz concert featuring Ateez and Treasure at Impact Challenger Hall. It was an excellent choice, especially for anyone attending events/ concerts in the nearby venues. What I loved: 1. The location is ideal—walking distance to Impact Challenger, Impact Arena, and Thunderdome. The hotel even has a convenient sky bridge connecting to these venues. 2. I arrived from Malaysia on a morning flight and planned to leave my heavy bag at the hotel before exploring the area, as the concert was at 6 pm. To my delight, they allowed early check-in at 11:30 am, which was incredibly considerate of them, especially since many guests were attending the concert. It made my day! 3. The hotel lobby is spacious, clean, and welcoming, and the check-in process was efficient. Despite a 10-minute queue, I was checked in within 5 minutes. 4. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. 5. Multiple elevators - Even though the hotel was fully booked, the elevators were never crowded. My friend and I often found ourselves the only ones in the elevator, even during busy check-in and check-out times, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. 6. The surroundings felt safe and secure, and it’s just a 20-30 minute Grab ride from Don Mueang Airport, which was super convenient. 7. While the room wasn’t very large, it was comfortable enough for a restful stay before and after the concert. 8. As a Muslim traveler, I noticed there weren’t many halal restaurants nearby, but Grab provided a lot of food delivery options, which worked well for my short stay. 9. The price was reasonable considering the proximity to the venue and the services provided. The Highly recommended, especially for K-pop fans attending concerts at Impact Challenger Hall, Impact Arena, Thunderdome, the Impact Exhibition Center, or the Muang Thong Thani Lakeside. If you’re looking for the place for the Impact Arena hall, is one of the best choice that you should have chosen. There is the free drop-off transfer to the hall. Is a good area, which is the noise disturbance from the road. The condition of the room was okay, and the pool was very nice. ✨ Breakfast was good. Only thing that I got blamed by the chef that I did not know how to use the coffee machine because normally in the hotel, the guest just select and press on whatever coffee they want. And I would say that “you dont understand, need to ask the staff to do”. Anyways, the reception and the breakfast room attendant were helpful and nice. 

The room is very clean, but it's hard to find. The bathroom is very small, with few toiletries, no toothbrush or toothpaste, only shampoo and soap. But it's very safe, there's a security guard downstairs watching the surveillance all the time. The room has a refrigerator, air conditioning and a fan. When you check in, you just need to find the key. It's very suitable for us. It's also very close to impact, just over ten minutes' walk. It's more than 100 yuan a night, much cheaper than Ibis. I'll come again next time😃

The room is very spacious, on the cover, there is a TV, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, spoons ready (but no hair dryer), good, near IMPACT from the building accommodation C5 building, it takes only 5-10 minutes to walk to IMPACT. But the corridor in the building is a little scary, lonely, haha. We were lucky to meet friends who came to see the same con. Stay here too. Stay in a room nearby so we are not so afraid.

The room should be renovated. It's quite usable for this price. There's a microwave, which is okay. But I forgot to take a picture. Haha.

Very friendly and helpful Chinese lady boss who can only speak Thai and Teochew. Luckily I am also Teochew. Can only speak little Chinese and saw her having hard time communicating with Chinese guests who stayed there during the exhibition.Stayed on 2nd floor unit having to bear with a crazy lady started to sing karaoke every night from about 10pm all the way to 3-4am on the upper floor. Worse, the singing was very bad.

The room is very good, clean, spacious, the air conditioner is cool and comfortable, there is a refrigerator, TV, microwave, downstairs there are food, there are many shops, opposite the accommodation is the Cosmo mall, there is a MaxValu open 24 hours, very close to Impact, but if you go to Thunder Dome, you may have to walk a bit, walk on the skywalk, you will arrive quickly. Overall, it is convenient, comfortable, there is a mall, food, the room is clean. Next time if there is a concert around here, I will come to stay here again.

Just came to stay for the first time. The caretaker took care of me very well.
