This hotel was stayed on October 24-26, 2024. I was very impressed. I went on weekdays and there was a repair near the room. The assistance was the most impressive. They let me move rooms without any additional charge. The room was very beautiful, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were soft, the room smelled great, and the bathroom was very high-tech. Most importantly, I was very impressed that the staff took very good care of me, like relatives. Especially Auntie Bua took very good care of me, was attentive, and always provided service. This hotel has snacks for you, tea, coffee, and snacks. You can eat them anytime, anywhere. They use very good ingredients. What is indispensable is the delicious pork congee in the morning. Auntie Bua's cooking is the best in the hotel. There is a pool table, especially the swimming pool. It is compact and clean. The atmosphere around the hotel is shady and comfortable. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to relax. If I had to give the hotel a score, I would give it a million hearts.

The hotel is close to the train station, and you can take a Bolt taxi there, but we booked a chartered car and the driver picked up and dropped off at a certain point. There are many stray dogs in Khao Yai, so don't walk on the path by yourself. One night, I was walking and met a dog following us, barking wildly, and almost jumped on me and bit me, which scared me to death! Remember not to look at stray dogs, and don't run! The hotel is very beautiful, with many garden designs and flowers, and it is very thoughtfully arranged. On the day we arrived, because it was late and we didn't have the energy to eat in the restaurant outside, we planned to eat instant noodles in the hotel restaurant (the hotel restaurant only has breakfast, and bread and cakes are sold all day). The boss lady and the boss are from Bangkok, about 40 years old, super friendly, and made instant noodles for me and my son, and also gave me a steamed bun and two boiled eggs, which made me feel very warm. I bought two cakes, one chocolate and one coconut, which were delicious! When they saw me blowing my nose and coughing, they asked me with concern if I needed medicine, and they had it. Because they and their youngest son (also 1.8 meters tall...) all live in the hotel, which is a family-style hotel, very warm. The room is very clean, and the towels are just like the ones in my own home, fragrant, new and soft. There are no slippers in the room, you can ask the boss lady for them. The only flaw is the shower room, because there is no door in the shower room, and at that time, Khao Yai was only about 10 degrees at night. The water is an instant electric water heater, and the water temperature is not hot enough. It feels cold even when the temperature is adjusted to the highest. The shower head cannot leave the body, and you have to hold it close to the body to feel the water warm. The boss said that this electric water heater is usually warm enough, because Thailand has not experienced such cold weather as this year, so if you come in summer, there will be absolutely no problem. The hotel's breakfast is delicious and not expensive. You can go to a banmai chay nam for dinner in the evening, which is a large Thai restaurant. I really recommend everyone to stay at his house in Khao Yai, because the price is not expensive, only more than 300 per night, and the environment is very good. The boss lady and others are willing to help if you need anything.

The decoration design of the hotel is very distinctive, and it is particularly considered as a whole. Even the robes are very styled. If you like the national style, you will like it. The color use and furnishings on each floor are different, which is very suitable for taking pictures on the Internet. Breakfast in addition to order, but also self-service toast bread, milk and other food, can make people eat very full. The service staff was very friendly and when the child went to the pool to swim, he also took a seat on the water to play with the child. When asking questions, he would smile and respond politely. The room is clean as a whole. Where it could be strengthened: 1. Those who are not used to sleeping on a hard bed may not sleep well, the pillow is soft but the bed is hard. There is only one key and room card, the door lock feels like it's fast broken, not very secure. The overall decoration and facilities are distinctive but relatively sunny, the swimming pool is small.

Excellent location, good room, everything is good except the water heater. It keeps turning off and on. It's difficult to go in the winter. The toilet keeps flooding. I don't know why.

Breakfast selection is very limited and boring. Pillows are too soft. I won't go back again just because of the pillow. We woke up many times .... Restaurants are empty throughout the two days we were there and everybody seem to drive out eating instead because Michelin star restaurants are cheaper and just not too far away. I am glad that the TV is smart TV and we enjoyed some quality time watching movies. Internet is not very fast but sufficient for streaming movies online. Staffs are very very friendly and able to communicate in English. The farm staffs can't really speak English. We drove from Bangkok so it is not too bad but without your own transport, it can be a pain to going around. The whole environment is super quiet and perfect for both couple and family short staycation.

Very good accommodation, clean room, view across from Lam Takhong, but it might be a bit difficult to contact by phone. The price is not expensive.
