Service was awesome, super spacious room with high class equipment and design inside the room, amenities is more than what you expect from a hotel room. Food for breakfast could be improved, not many variations, it's a la carte with some small dishes you can take from buffet, but that's it. Would I come here again?within same price ? I'd rather try another resort,

What a pleasant stay... the was in a complex of hotels, restaurant, club, pools. And we can go anywhere around the complex by hotels shuttle bus or buggy car. Nice stay, great room, hotel and restaurant with italy ambiance. Definitely going to stay here again..

Everything is find but for service about travel along toscana area like from castello to lacasetta or main plaza it take too long queue due to limit buggy or van you have to wait over 20 minute if better to provide kore service on this and also staff no service mind and no sense of being help when you notice some they said understand but no action just sit and watch no any action so disaapoint at first time here Anyhow other thing is very fantastic hotel design location facility is perfect hope hotel will improve some on it.

this little resort is unbelievable. we got the duplex unit. bottomless fresh air and relaxed setting. room is super spacious and clean. the owner is super friendly. my daughter missed playing with the dogs nikki, bread and short. breakfast was prepared fresh and yummy. we did also ordered the mookata at night. you are on top of a hill, good views, chilly fresh air and with good company. (the super friendly owner and the pet dogs). really can't ask for more.

SSamritI had a great experience. Travelled as a family of 4 and the reception was amazing. The welcome drinks were tasty and we couldn’t have picked a better room. However, may i suggest for the following improvement: 1: Anti slip mats in the bathroom. The whole floor is marble and my 1 year old is slipping about trying to get from the bathroom to the private pool. 2: Pesky mosquitoes are everywhere. Would be good to install those electric socket mosquito repellent. 3: Because of the amount of bugs at night its a bit of a drag to get to the minibar since we have to literally open the door to the veranda to access it.
