The location of the hotel is very good, it is located in the market rooms are very clean and well maintained, staffs are very helpful, kind and cooperative. The food is also very good. I recommend this property for a pleasant stay at pahalgam.

It was great stay with excellent facilities that too on great location. Food was good staff was very cooperative and polite. Would advice and recommend to stay here. Hotel has good view of snow mountain. Would advice of they can have more options for mode of payment. Rest everything was good

The location is on the Main Street. The staff is extremely cordial……..They are always alert and attend to any need that the guest might ask for. Big heaters & electric blankets make the stay comfortable. Views from room is truly mesmerising

The area is beautiful and the hotel garden is an added advantage when kids are around. The rooms are little old but equiped with the required necessities. Overall, Delux room was awesome.... The manager was very friendly and the staffs are very nice. Thanks for the comfort stay..

Good hotel in Pahalgam. Staff is excellent. It has a nice garden and sitting area to enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains. Rooms are cosy and clean. If you want to stay at a good hotel with good rooms and garden then this is the place. Recommend stay at Pahalgam.

Excellent view of hotel, courteous staff, delicious food and highly hygiene rooms. Overall an amazing experience. My family was veey happy with hospitality, stay arrangement and good. View of Lidder river from back side of hotel is feather on cap.

Horrible, property is left unfinished, negative in aesthetics, staff warmers is zero, breakfast was non edible, washrooms very basic are under lit, rooms are old and lack basic amenities. Overall not worth 10k, should be price some where around 2-3k. Only benefit is it’s closer to the market and the river on the back side.
