Hotel Hill Top Pahalgam

The water was not draining in the bathroom, lights were flickering. We checked in at 6.00 pm after a tiring journey and reaching the room discovered that the key was not working. Restaurant is too crowded.............................. .

Had nice stay at hilltop Pahalgam…we stayed with a friends and family in this beautiful hotel..keep room is very clean.. view is very nice ..and good staff behaviour very appreciable specially in housekeeping staff I mentioned her name radish ..thank u Rafiq for making our stay memorable…all over excellent stay

Close to Pony ride point to Baisaran. Not much views of the mountains / valley though. Breakfast was very good. Room was quite, cozy, clean and had good amenities like coffee/tea maker and kettle and towels. Nothing much to explore at this property unlike the other ITC property at the Pine and Peak (at Pahalgam).

The hotel has recently associated with Fortune Group of Hotels and hence the rooms have been upgraded. We stayed at Pine View Suites and were super impressed! I almost booked other hotels like Radisson, Pine & Peak, Heevan, but on seeing all their rooms, I can safely say that Fortune was the best bet. While Radisson and Pine & Peak may have better property grounds, the rooms per se are better at Fortune. Very spacious and relatively new furniture, with all necessary amenities provided. Location is great as well. But the icing on the cake is the service provided by all staff at the hotel. The housekeeping staff, especially Adil and Akim took care of our every request, and made us feel right at home! The reception staff, the managers, all did a fantastic job, and very hospitable, making the entire stay very comfortable and pleasant. Now let’s talk about the restaurant - Zodiac. The Chef and the F&B Manager, Mr. Tariq, were both very warm and welcoming. We had very specific dietary requirements for my parents, and they accommodated every request of ours, and always with a smile on their faces. The food was great, and the overall service by the restaurant staff was fantastic!
