Greendale Resort

I recently visited Greendale and my experience was a mix of positive and negative aspects. **Positives:** The surroundings were truly refreshing, with lush greenery and stunning views that created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The environment was calm, offering a great escape from the busy city life. The cottage itself was spacious, and the washroom was clean with all the necessary toiletries, providing a comfortable experience. Warm water was available, which was a nice touch. The restaurant was also impressive – clean, well-maintained, and the food was tasty, though it was a bit on the expensive side. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, making the overall stay convenient. **Negatives:** However, the room could have been better maintained. While spacious, the windows and fans were dusty, giving the impression that the room had not been cleaned thoroughly. Additionally, the door stopper was broken, which was an inconvenience. Room slippers were missing, and the coffee pouches provided were expired, which was a disappointing oversight. Room service was also lacking, with no welcome drinks offered, which is a standard offering in most resorts. **Conclusion:** Although the location and restaurant were standout features, the resort could improve in terms of room maintenance and service. With better attention to detail, particularly regarding cleanliness and room amenities, this place could offer a much more enjoyable experience.

Location of the property is great. However hygiene of room is bad. Saw insects on the bed. Washrooms had a smell.

Location - near jai sthamb, easily accessible from most tourist places. Food - really tasty, breakfast buffet spread was scrumptious and mouth watering. Amenities - spacious rooms, clean linen services - rodent in bathroom that came in through hole in commode that we had to plug in with a towel. Had to ask for bathroom slippers and hand towel. Water bottles were not provided every day until asked for. We stayed for 3 nights but not once did anyone ask for room cleaning.
