"DISHONEST IMAGES on TRIP APP 1. when i checked in the hotel address booked in advance, the receptionist directed to the other Royal hotel nearby which was 3stars, not 4 stars as stated. They said it was due to low hotel rate booked. App and actual is different. App is 4 stars and exact address and didnt say there was 3star hotel instead. It seemed like tricking customers. 2. Booking is triple room but in fact twin room. Please just post exact information so as not to confuse customers. Thank you"
