Club Marvy

I have been a regular visitor to Club Marvy for the past four years, each year looking forward to the exceptional service and quality that defined my earlier stays. However, my recent visit for my 50th birthday celebration left me deeply disappointed, to the extent that I cannot foresee recommending or returning to the resort. In previous years, Club Marvy boasted outstanding features like the Fantastic Fish Counter, which was always a highlight of our stays (see pics from 2023). This year, we noticed a significant reduction in quality and variety. The once lavish fish selection has been scaled back to very basic offerings, and much of the seafood now appears to be pre-cooked and stored under the counter, presumably to serve guests more quickly. This approach has also been applied to other dining options, including the Turkish Grill, which has diminished the dining experience further. Moreover, the cleanliness of the hotel was disgraceful. Our room had remnants of chocolate and peanuts on the floor from previous guests, and our shower was blocked for over four days, resulting in us having to use our neighbors' shower, whom we didn't know. Additionally, the nightlife, which used to be a vibrant attraction especially on Fridays and Saturdays with fantastic DJs, has dwindled to non-existent, leaving a couple of people wandering around a silent beach. The vibrant scene has completely evaporated. And to top it off, the selection of beverages has severely declined, with EFFs, a popular Turkish beer, no longer being served, leaving a very limited selection available. We loved Club Marvy and had probably recommended over 100 couples to what used to be an amazing concept. But after this experience, we can definitively say, never again. I hope this feedback serves as constructive criticism, highlighting areas where improvement is necessary to restore the quality that many have come to expect from Club Marvy.

Highly recommend stress free holiday.. so many good things, the little touches that make a great holiday, our bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Staff were incredibly helpful, some many places to enjoy, with a laid back feel which suited or relaxed mood, Scuba Diving was a great experience and our instructor could not done enough. Food was exceptional and restaurant's on another level. Club Marvey had been recommended by family and it did not disappoint.

Everything was perfect. The food was very delicious and the stuff was very kind. We will definitely be back next year! The restaurant ist very beautiful directly by the sea. We enjoyed it! Thank you guys for everything! It was more than perfect!

Perfect Holiday, great experience overall. At the beaches 18+ at Kesre Bay great Service from Ayberk and the whole team. We will come again for sure and bring more friends! The main restaurant can be crowded at peak times but you always find a space Also the service in the evening is great there from Murat and the team.

Really lovely place to stay, staff are very friendly and very helpful. Service from staff is great, food is wonderful so much variety, and always something going on in the evenings for entertainment, being able to use the app throughout the stay makes everything so easy. Would definitely recommend and would come back again, the setting is beautiful and has a retreat vibe rather than just a hotel.

Just returned from a weeks visit ( 1st - 8th Oct ) relaxed and de-stressed. We arrived at around 7.30pm and check in was swift & friendly. This is our fourth visit and we were given a free upgrade to a junior suite which was most appreciated. The room was clean and spacious with a large balcony giving fantastic ocean & sunset views. We used the infinity pool and Kesre adult beach , both always had plenty of sun loungers late on in the morning. We found the QR waiter service hit & miss at the infinity, orders were placed but nothing arrived on more than one occasion. The beach service always spot on. We didn’t manage to book an à la carte as there was never any availability for the ones included and I think the Italian and steak are far too expensive considering the price you pay to stay at the hotel. We stuck to the main restaurant which was nice but not as good food selection as last year , personally I think dinner should end at 10pm instead of 9pm , some food stations had closed by 8.45 . Breakfast was always consistently good. Daytime snack bars were also good especially the pizza one. Evening time bars became busy sometimes making it very difficult to get a drink. The drinks were branded and of good quality, some nice cocktails ! The evening shows were entertaining and we especially enjoyed the beach party. The Gym was excellent again, clean and well equipped, We approached Marvy Spa with the view to book a Turkish bath and massage but there was no negotiation on price and the guy didn’t seem too bothered whether we booked or not so he basically lost two customers. All the staff were friendly and courteous. Overall a great holiday, the weather was perfect and the complex not too overcrowded, we hope to return in the future.
