Amazing weather! Great pools and food! Lovely staff!! The rooms was amazing, big and good air con! Good entertainment each night. Very welcoming and lovely! Would 100% come back! It is a must have holiday! For family and friends! Must go to this resort!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.. We went here for our holiday 14th-21st May, 9 of us in total. The night of the 15th my 1 year old was sick into the morning of the 16th, and then went on to have diarrhea 17th + 18th, on the 16th, one of my other kids started complaining of a bad belly, she never ate a thing and on the 17th and 18th she continuously vomited, then went on to have diarrhea 19th, 20, and 21st the morning we were due to be flying back home. She was so unwell. None of the hot food is held or kept warm with any heating element above it. It's just in silver trays, some with lids, some just open to any germ, fly or bird.. On the 20th I decided to visit the onsite Dr for my daughter who was still extremely ill, to be greeted by a nurse outside the Drs office door, propping herself up against the door, smoking. She continued to tell me the Dr wasn't there and he was 15mins away. The hotel is ok for the pools and slides. The cocktails and drinks selection is crap. The food is horrendous, its very, very repetitive, and more catered for Turkish cuisine rather than British. One dish said it was Turkey, but the meat was brown like beef.. some of the temperatures were only reaching 25°-30° completely unacceptable in terms of food hygiene. We even witnessed one of the chefs emptying a bin with gloves on that he had just used for food preparation, and then go back to preparing said food.. We read the mixed reviews and still took the risk and I really wish we didn't. My 9 year old came home and ended up with a 5 day stay in hospital with food poisoning and pneumonia. It ruined our holiday how unwell she was. Go elsewhere

The pools and slides were great fun for the whole family and the beach was beautiful. Our children enjoyed snorkelling and seeing the fish. With the exception of one or two staff members most of them were miserable and unhelpful. I gave up saying hello to them in the end since they never responded. I have read great reviews of the entertainment and animation team but honestly, I didn’t see a member of the animation team during the day once. Although I had high hopes for the entertainment it was pretty boring although they’re good at making it look like more than it is on their instagram videos. I already knew that we were staying in a club room so walking would be involved and I wasn’t bothered by this. It’s not ideal for people with mobility issues but there are golf carts available and a bus that runs to and from the pool. The food was so repetitive (even for an all inclusive buffet that can be the same foods)! I’m not surprised to hear that people suffered illnesses after seeing them top up foods by pouring the fresh cooked on top of what was already there instead of clearing it out first. Housekeepers go in every day but aside from making the beds I didn’t see any evidence of cleaning going on. The floors were filthy! The staff in the spa were amazing and very welcoming but unfortunately that didn’t stretch further into the hotel. I highly recommend visiting a restaurant called BARE FOOD in Ozdere. Best food we had all week, our only regret is that we didn’t find it sooner. Sadly overall the hotel was a disappointment and I wouldn’t return
