For relaxation, the property offers excellent leisure facilities, such as an indoor swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, and steam room but you need to make prior appointment before usage. These amenities are especially appreciated by those looking to unwind after exploring the historic city of Oxford. Situated near major road networks, the hotel is ideal for travelers arriving by car, with on-site parking available. However, some guests note that parking might come with an additional charge but come at fixed $6 per day. Should you require breakfast is best to purchase it on the day you checked it as it will cost $15 instead of $18. A very satisfying stay. It is difficult to stay in a hotel with a large room at a low price in the UK. There is a horse farm nearby, the environment is quiet, the room is very clean, although it is a little far from the city center, the bus is very convenient, it takes 10 minutes to get to the city center, and it is not far to walk. The breakfast is quite rich.

I had an amazing experience at the Holiday Inn Pear Tree Oxford, staff were very friendly, helpful and open to chat, in particular the manager who gave mr some good recommendations on pubs to eat in Oxford, lady who checked me in and gentleman working on check out who i had a nice chat with and knows of town where i'm from. Facilities are excellent and luxurious, with bar area, dining area and lobby very clean and relaxing. My room was very stylish, clean with large screen TV, air conditioning and own kettle with sachets of tea and coffee, bathroom was very clean too. I highly recommend anyone to stay here if in the Oxford area and want a quiet relaxing stay with excellent customer service.

The hotel environment is very good. Although it is about 15 minutes' drive from the center of Oxford, it is also very convenient for tourists who drive by car. A large lawn is next to the Tom River. It is great for running or walking in the morning. The facilities are also new. For a British country hotel, I think it is already very good. Each room on the first floor also has a small outdoor table. The hotel's own restaurant tastes good. The staple food is 25 pounds per portion, which is a lot, but it is a bit salty. The only shortcoming is that I booked a king-size bed room, but the front desk gave me an ordinary standard king-size bed room. Fortunately, I can add an extra bed (15 pounds), otherwise I must have to deal with them. Ctrip is not kind either. It charged the premium room fee for a king-size bed (nearly 1,000 more expensive) but did not do the job. The English confirmation letter says: kingbed, and the corresponding bed should be super kingsize. The hotel thinks it is kingsize, which is 1.5m in the UK, and super kingsize is 1.8m.

The hotel room is very small. The door swiping the card on the corridor causes the door to close continuously. The room sound insulation is very poor. The room upstairs is clear to walk in. The corridor is clear to walk in. The room near the elevator can actually hear the elevator stop and start, including the door close and open. The location is OK, but the room feels bad to live in

This time I am most satisfied with this hotel in London, Birmingham and Oxford. It is clean and tidy. The staff are super nice. The taxi service is attentive and affordable. A big Mercedes Benz costs 25 pounds to go to the train station.
