Highpointe also features a refreshing pool area for guests. It is located on the second floor with a private entry to an enclosed stairwell. Unit 1501 is the perfect place for a gameday weekend with a large kitchen and designated dining area. The spacious living area has a fold-out couch (queen size) and fold-out loveseat (twin size) to accommodate more guests. Two bedrooms featuring queen beds, each of which have adjoining full bathrooms, are on the main floor. The top floor of the condo features a king sized bed and a full bathroom as well. All bedrooms have ceilings fans, and all bathrooms are equipped with hand soap, towels, and washcloths. The balcony just off the dining area is the perfect place for a cup of coffee in the morning. This unit is equipped with a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee bar station.
