Pontos fortes: Pequeno almoço, localização e espaço dos quartos Pontos fracos/a melhorar: SPA ser cobrado à parte, sem aviso prévio por parte das rececionistas, espaço do ginásio não faz sentido existir (muito pequeno e com apenas 3 máquinas de cardio), não ter estacionamento no hotel (necessidade de pagamento adicional em parque externo, que pode variar entre 10€ e 17€, dependendo da altura do dia), sendo que por se tratar de um hotel no centro da cidade dificulta imenso. Seria, também, importante que a amabilidade do pessoal da receção melhorasse, pois foram pouco cooperantes e empáticas.

Relatively small hotel, but excellent location and swift staff. Rooms somewhat difficult light wise. Rooftop could be a money maker given its best view of the city. But. Open 2000 till 2330. Limited choice of some beers and some other drinks. Food option just some tostadas. So dear management, get your act together and turn this place into your eye catcher!

NH is one of our go-to hotel chains and this particular hotel in Ourense did not disappoint. Eva C at the front desk was particularly helpful to us. I had a lot of questions about getting to the thermal baths and she addressed them all. We were very pleased with the room, which was a good size, and a perfect base for two days. The shower was hot with strong water flow. If management is reading this, I have only two negative comments and one minor quibble: First, the rug outside the elevator on the floor our room was on was extremely stained and dirty. It was a little off-putting, to be honest, and should be addressed. Second, the situation with the clear walls in the bathroom should be further rectified. Putting a window shade on one side does not fully solve the privacy problem, as the door is still fully clear. To this end: readers of this review should note that you should check out whether the room you will be staying in has a clear bathroom wall looking out onto where the bed is. If so, it would not be a comfortable room to stay in with another person unless one is on very intimate, not self-conscious terms with that person. The minor quibble is that it would be nice to have a small bar of soap on the bathroom sink. The liquid soap was in a metal holder that was not mounted close enough to the sink. In fact, the lotion was mounted closer to the sink than the soap! It made hand washing very awkward.

Good quality in the hotel and very good location close to many restaurants and 7 minutes from the city center. The Hotel has parking, but in the dates we went we also had the chance to park outside (there are many parking space, but no idea how busy they are in high season).

Had to alter a Camino walk due to a bad cold and had to extend my stay here for one more night. Hotel was full but got the last room - although it meant I would have to check out and check back in Those of you who travel know what that can be like. However, when I went to check out, they were waiting for me and already had my room ready. No problems. Very clean and quiet hotel. Not a lot of restaurants nearby and the hotel does not have a restaurant open for lunch or dinner. Many more restaurants nearer the cathedral.
