Peuhu A7 is a handy and cozy holiday home in a marine setting, approximately a 20-minute drive from the city center of Oulu. The cabin has combined living room/kitchen, bedroom, washroom/WC, sauna, and an approx. 20 m² loft. Beautiful Vallila-branded curtains are placed all over the entire cabin. In addition, there is a large glazed terrace with darkened windows, providing a direct view of the sea. The light fireplace adds ambiance on dark evenings. The cabin is equipped with an air-source heat pump offering both heating and cooling functionality. The sauna has a pillar-style electric sauna stove. There is parking space around the cabin, suitable for a caravan or a trailer. The cabin is surrounded by a sheltered yard and a peaceful environment. The bedroom has a double bed, the loft has another double bed and a separate bed. There is also one extra mattress, high chair, and potty for children. Please note, that the loft has steep stairs, and safety gates at the top and bottom. The loft is equipped with a working desk and chair, providing the opportunity to work remotely while on vacation. The cabin has two televisions, one with Chromecast and Wi-Fi. While neighboring cabins are reasonably close, this cabin is located at the edge. There is also a privacy fence in the yard. The old rentable Peuhu Manor, available for various events, is approximately 50 meters away. There is also a disc golf course on the manor's lands (Peuhu DiscGolfPark). Enjoy stunning maritime views directly from the cabin. In winter, it's easy to go ice fishing right from the cabin's yard. The nearest ski trail is 2 km away, and the closest swimming beach is approximately 400 meters away (the beach is partly overgrown). The small boat harbor in Vihiluoto is 10 km away, offering amenities such as a swimming beach, nature trail, and birdwatching tower.

Between the villa and the beach is a quiet cottage road. Row boat. Log cabin 1987, renovated 1998, cooking corner, living room (50 sqm!) 2 extra beds, double bed and 2 separated beds beds in the loft, lounge with fireplace, sauna, wc, vestibule and terrace. On sandy shore there is a barbeque hut and wooden patio with furniture in summer. Imposing log cabin with charming furnishing. Roomy living space, two open fireplaces, good stairs to the loft. Location by the sea with good view over the sea towards west.The sea level is changing. The neighbour cottage (20 m) is seldom used. Golf-course and riding possibility in Virpiniemi 15 km away. 20 km north-west of Oulu, Perämeri/Bay of Bothnia (sea) 300 m, shallow, hard sandy seashore, shared with cottage in outdoor recreation area, no boat. Wooden chalet 2004, living room/kitchen, bedroom doublebed, sleeping loft (12 m²) 2 beds and convertible sofa/ bed for two, washroom, changing room, sauna, open porch. Chalet located in Virpiniemi outdoor recreation area, which has many summer cottages. This area offers good, wide-ranging opportunities for hobbies, e.g. horse riding opportunities 2 km away, ski trails in area, sports field, tennis courts and (indoor) gymnasium. Swimming shore ideal for children. Other cottages between chalet and seashore, path to seashore. Virpiniemi area also has Virpihovi café serving lunches, distance 0.5 km. There are child safety gates upstairs and downstairs. Dishwasher is small.

20 km north of Oulu, Bothnian Bay (sea) 300 m, hard sand/moraine bottom, no boat. Log/panel cottage 2004, living room/kitchen, alcove 2 beds, low sleeping loft 2 beds, open porch (9 m²), washroom, sauna (electric stove). Small cottage on level grassy plot in Virpiniemi cottage area. Does not include own shore. Good public swimming shore 600 m away. Steep stairs to loft. In yard badminton net. Neighbours close by; other cottages round this one. Wide range of recreational opportunities incl. golf course 300 m, Virpihovi + indoor gym + tennis courts 1 km, horse riding opportunities and agility dogwalk, etc, facilities 1 km, Haukipudas 10 km. Log chalet, log house built in 1890 and moved to present location in 2009, equipped with modern conveniences, large living room, kitchen, bedroom double bed (width 180 cm), bedroom bunk with three levels (width 120 cm), 2 movable extra beds (mattresses) for children, sauna (electric stove), washroom, separate WC, glazed veranda. Chalet has geothermal heating and wireless 4G internet (Wifi) connection. Extra equipment includes wood-fired range-type stove, and piano. Fireplace is ‘open’ on two sides. Rented only for families or adult couples, not for youth groups. Spacious, comfortable log house with all conveniences. Many windows on the sea side. Sandy beach and shallow water ideal for children. In late winter a ski trail across the ice, distance 50 m; illuminated ski trails (length 5 km) located at Kisakangas 5 km and Sarkkiranta 6 km. Close to city of Oulu services (13 km).
