This hotel was well located...and had everything we needed. The room was generous in size...and the service and food was great! When we arrived in the very early morning, we were greeted by the friendliest staff/manager you could possibly imagine. He was a complete one man show...as he greeted us...showed us to our room...and even was there in the morning to serve us breakfast. The only small issue we encountered was that even though it was over 100 degrees every day...for some reason the outdoor pool was too cold to get into. But, come on...this guy can't be responsible for maintaining the pool temperature in addition to all of his other many duties...lol. Wouldn't stay anywhere else!!

Hotel is kitschy but fun! They did a great job and we loved our stay. The staff, especially the manager were awesome and try so hard to please.
Only weak point was dinner Overpriced and underwhelming.

Hotel was very luxurious! Staff was very friendly and accommodating! We had a slight issue with our room that was resolved right away. Food at the hotel was amazing (we had dinner and breakfast here). Each room has a different theme based on movies filmed in Ouarzazate which is a nice touch! Would stay here again!

Great boutique hotel. Staff was very accommodating and Omar took very good care of us as we were traveling with my 85 yr old mom who has trouble with steps. Super clean and fantastic pool. We were a little late to breakfast but the staff didn’t rush us. We had vodka tonics by the pool and they brought us a bucket of ice so this is a very American friendly place to stay. Lol

Staff courteous. Bathroom below par- no shower curtain, old fittings, water took 10 mins to heat up Restaurant average- all pre cooked and served by the staff at the front This is a place big on style but poor on substance and delivery. Poor neighbourhood. Not worth the money

This was a ghost hotel, we were the only guests and owners were very strange, the main owner would sit at the hotel main room and just look at us each time we came in. He seems to control every breath and movement that took place at the hotel. We asked for fruits or if we can bring ours to eat in the room and were refused. We also did not sleep at the hotel one night and asked if that can be at least discounted like half price, he also refused. Overall experience felt cold, unfriendly, creepy I would even say. The main guy welcoming you, Oscar, is nice and he tried to go out of his way to help, but he is just an employee and you can tell his every move is controlled by the owner. overall, aside from the feeling I did not like, the hotel itself is very pretty and clean, food Ok but overpriced of course for what you get, but good quality.

No food available in restaurant, no air conditioning in hotel except for rooms where it barely worked. Taxi drivers (multiple) had never heard of it and not sure how this place gets a 5 star rating. I shouldn’t even give it 2 stars but figured there must be worse. Dont get fooled by other reviews.

We had a wonderful time - the garden is beautiful - perfect oasis to escape from the afternoon sun. Rooms are very comfy and had all the amenities you need and more. Staff were great, very helpful and served a delicious breakfast.
