Hotel Garni Gästehaus am Mühlbach

Nice hotel. Rooms are spacey, bed is ok. WiFi excellent. Parking is great. Breakfast was good - staff is very friendly. The only thing I don’t like is the bathroom that has a glass door and no light switch but automated one. If you go to toilet in the night you wake up the whole place

I spent a night here on my way from Munich to Zurich. This hotel is just 10 minutes away from the highway, and is located near the center of a very lovely town. Ottobeuren has a picturesque town center that is dominated by an abbey. There is a range of restaurants for dinner. I stayed in a room that was recently renovated. Amazing and very stylish. There is a garage in the basement that is very convenient. My room was very quiet, super clean and easy to access. I also liked the super friendly staff and the ease of booking via email. In my view a much better experience than staying at a chain hotel closer to the highway. I can only highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely stay here again.

Wij hebben hier 2 nachten verbleven op onze terugweg naar huis. Het ligt prima op de route en heel geschikt hiervoor. Grote parkeergarage onder het pand waar vlgs mij elke gast een eigen parkeerplaats heeft. Ook electrisch laden is mogelijk. De kamer was gerenoveerd en keurig. Klein balkon. Geen airco, het was buiten heel warm maar binnen viel het alleszins mee. In de badkamer alleen shampoo aanwezig. Van andere gasten hoorden wij dat zij ook geen zeep hadden etc. Maar ja daarom blijft de prijs ook relatief laag. Het ontbijt is prima, alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. 5 a 10 minuten lopen van het centrum waar meerdere restaurantjes zijn. Echt een gezellige sfeer daar.
