Arc the Hotel Ottawa

The toilet in our room wasn’t working properly when we checked in and they did little to try to fix it. They rip you for extra charges / hidden fees on parking if you don’t book directly with the hotel. Would not stay there again.

My experience at the hotel was excellent. There was coffee shops close so that’s fine.

千萬別住這家酒店，前台一箇中國人一個印度人，check-in時態度非常不好，給我們故意安排了無窗走廊最後一個房間！最後在check-out的時候差點又被印度女坑了錢，多收了我們七十多刀的税，還一直在跟我們盤，最後把郵件拿出來給她看，她才把錢退回來。入住感太差了！專門坑中國人的破酒店

Very pleased with the service we received from the hotel. We had the corner suite and were very pleased and surprised with the amount of room. Only 2 downfalls. 1: you can only park after you check in and there is not much street parking in order to do this. Very limited parking spots in the garage and was very tight. 2: the connecting room beside us where the door is, the wall seemed very thin as we could hear our neighbours having a time VERY clearly for well over 3 hours. Does not seem like there is much sound proofing. Besides the above two, everything at this hotel was very pleasant and we would return.

The place looks a little older than what is posted in the pictures but the place is actually okay. Very quiet area so you actually get a nice rest during the night. I’d stay there again surprisingly. The staff are always welcoming too.

The carpets were quite worn down in our room, found hair that was not ours in our bed. The bathroom looked like it was a quick wipedown. The shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, and hand wash were very low and seemed was not refilled. The hotwater didn't come on until about half hour of running and even when you're in the shower it started to go cold and then started to get hot again.

The staff at the hotel were excellent. Extremely helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Excellent value for the money. Would definitely stay again.

The bed was cozy but for a king premier room it was VERY basic and washroom was small and VERY outdated! Not to mention the bathroom didnt seem super clean either! There was hair on the shower walls and shower walls were also dirty. The floor of the shower/tub seemed dirty as well, had a grimmy feeling. Made me wonder if the sheets and towels were actually changed. Food menu wasn't very broad and for good restaurants you had to walk a good 20 mins. Aside from that it was an average stay, i expected more honestly from the value of the hotel. It was pricey for an average hotel.
