Nice to have private Onsen. Note that the private onsen rooms don’t have normal a shower room so you have to shower outside.

Location is not great but luckily the host offer free connecting transportation; staff service is great and kind to offer us a tour of the hotel

Chilling and quiet place for relaxing. Overall is good, they provide transport from station to resort.

Hotel is pleasant but the meals are of average standard for 500 a night catering breakfast and dinner with a private outdoor shower, onsen tub. Service staff are responsive but the surrounding area where hotel is located seems to be housing" girlie bars " and night girls clubs activities. Shuttle bus to and from station provided by the hotel.

it was an overwhelming experience to stay in this hotel. we booked the stay with dinner and breakfast and it was so worth it. the Japanese style dining was very impressive. and the staff were very friendly even they didn’t know English much.

My best friend and I wanted to experience staying in a ryokan and we picked Yuzanso as they were Muslim friendly in terms of dining (which was excellent and the food and service was just top notch) and also had private onsen. It was a very pleasant stay with stunning views of Lake Biwa and fluffy futons! we highly recommend this place for Muslim travellers too!
