Un posto molto esclusivo come posizione, immerso nel verde,sembra di stare lontano dal resto..... Spiaggia comoda e tranquilla,camere un po' piccole,cibo abbondante ,vario e di qualità. Unico inconveniente:turni di orario per i pasti.

Come da titolo siamo stati sia il 2022, 2023 e poi sfortunatamente anche il 2024. Uso quest aggettivo perché sembrava di stare in un altro villaggio con la nuova gestione. Cibo mediocre rispetto alla vecchia gestione,anche il mare sembrava diverso ma almeno questo non è dipeso da loro,personale militarizzato e senza umanità e questo solo per spremere i clienti vacanzieri come noi che erano affezionati a quest hotel. Questioni frivole già dall accoglienza,per finire alle pulizie.Purtroppo non ci vedranno più finché non cambierà di nuovo l andamento

Si vous souhaitez passer des bonnes vacances n’allez surtout pas dans ce club qui est très vétuste très très sale que ce soit dans les chambres, au restaurant déchets sous les tables…., à l’extérieur transats cassés rats dans le club….. A notre arrivée on nous a réclamé 18 euros par jour et par personne pour avoir droit au all inclusive alors que notre réservation était en all inclusive. Tout le personnel est désagréable si nous ne sommes pas Italiens. Nous voyageons à l’étranger 2 fois par an depuis plus de 20 ans, nous n’avons jamais eu un club si désastreux. A FUIR.

Séjour calle d'otranto
Le lieu est magnifique
Petit dejeuner est très bien
Les buffets des dîner sont très bien.
La chambre est bien mais sent un peu l'humidité.
Un gros point negatif est la musique à fond presque toute la journée et surtout jusqu'à 1 heure du matin.
Nous etions sur la zone Torre et avions les enceintes face à nous et la musique nous a beaucoup gênés pour dormir.
Nous sommes allés à la piscine du ranch qui est calme et très belle
Etonnant de faire payer un supplément pour l'utilisation de la piscine et des structures du club(pas indiqué lors de la réservation)

Die Unterkunft war ganz okay, Sauberkeit was nicht hervorragend und Service was eher auf das minimum orientiert. Essen und Strand was in Ordnung. Liegenstühle auf dem Sandstrand waren Kostenpflichtig. Getränke im Buffet nur an 2-3 Automaten im ganzen Restaurant zu haben, dadurch entstanden Schlangen um Wasser zu holen, welche bis zu 10 Minuten Wartezeiten beanspruchten.

Ambientalmente un bellissimo posto. Ma purtroppo non posso dire altrettanto del resto. Abbiamo soggiornato la terza settetima di settembre, il tempo non è stato clemente , freddo e pioggia. Appena arrivati ci hanno palpato 190 euro tra tessera club( che devo ancora capire cosa sirvisse) e tassa di soggiorno. Stanze se il tempo permette vanno anche bene, piccole datate e la TV fa più rumore che altro. Ma in vacanza se è bello la TV non serve. Il cibo? Poteva essere meglio probabilmente essendo l'ultima settimana prima della chiusura, o troppo saporito o insipido. Le foto del sito sul cibo non le ho riscontrate in vacanza. Non esiste un luogo di ritrovo chiuso in caso di freddo e brutto. Nemmeno la zona dei pasti. Sprovvisto da un servizio pubblico per Otranto che è a meno di 5 km improponibile. Servizio taxi 20 euro andata e 20 euro ritorno scandaloso. Animazione per nulla coinvolgente e abbiamo viaggiato parecchio. Resort non adatto ai bambini, ma neppure chi ha problemi di equilibrio e gambe, tutto pieno di scale e parti scoscese e rocciose. Ok che poi chiudevano ma non abbiamo pagato un prezzo stracciato. Anzi . Non lo consigliere e penso proprio di non ritornarci.

La posizione è così bella! Poco cibo al buffet, torte vecchie e frutta andata a male.. Le camere sono piccole, il bagno molto stretto e molte scale. Non lo consiglio a persone anziane con problemi. Il bar era eccellente con personale molto gentile, anche gli animatori! Camerieri inesperti, che invece di sedersi decentemente, purtroppo sedevano con le mani sui fianchi. I bagni del Villagio puzzavano davvero tanto, il wc era sempre bagnato, immagino come veniva pulito, con tanto cloro che ti bruciava gli occhi, ma puzzava comunque di piscio. Ho notato che dopo 3 minuti stava uscendo dalla stanza delle pulizie ma sporco dopo di lei. I bidoni erano puzzolenti, penso che abbiano semplicemente tirato fuori la spazzatura e lasciato i sacchetti. Le ragazze del locale sono state gentili con me, la ragazza del reclamo era la stessaLe cameriere lasciavano molto a desiderare e i ragazzi in macchina erano molto gentili! Spero che l'anno prossimo i problemi saranno risolti!
