Enjoyable stay We got a warm and friendly greeting on arrival. The room was very nice, good decor. Breakfast was cooked fresh. Will stay again on visiting Oswestry.

Lovely stay Lovely stay. Very attentive hosts, Val and Chris. Room was beautiful and it was nice having our own ‘front door’ Beds were very comfortable and a lovely cooked breakfast with lots of homemade goodies Would definitely stay again

Excellent, quiet location, easy walking distance to town. Very fast internet. Comfortable bed, excellent downstairs room with patio doors.

To be avoided unless you like cramped conditions Unfortunately the room was tiny with very little room to move about. The en-suite was extremely small and dangerous. As you stood at the sink our heels were catching the bottom threshold of the shower cubicle. The toilet was also extremely squashed in. Never experienced anything that small and we are not large people. The bed was the most uncomfortable we had ever tried to sleep on and the pillows were passed their best. Consequently we had little sleep. On the positive side, the hosts were very friendly and the breakfast was very good, although this was served on a shared table with other guests and was in the kitchen diner area.

A most pleasant stay and welcome Run by a friendly couple who are very attentive to your needs ensuring your stay is a pleasant one. Although the room allocated was snug it had all the requirements needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast, which is included and a rarity these days, was plentiful and very satisfying setting us up for the day ahead. The room was clean and there was plenty of literature available for the local area giving plenty of what to do ideas.
