Masseria Cervarolo was an amazing stay. The staff was polite and friendly, the food was phenomenal (you have to do the chef's dinner at least once during your stay), and the grounds were relaxing and plenty. Also, two dogs hang out on the premises and enjoy a good pet. Highly recommended!

Such a nice place to stay. We hired a car as we knew it was a little bit out the way and used it as our base to explore some of the nearby towns. We spent two nights here and booked into the tasting menu one night… WOW, the nicest food I’ve ever had and the suggested wines by the staff were amazing. So much so we are ordering a box to be delivered to the UK as it’s our favourite red wine. The pool is really big, plenty of sun loungers, massages are available and the rooms are lovely. We had one above the church with a huge terrace which was perfect to sit and watch the sun set. We visited for our honeymoon and they were kind enough to offer us a free drink which was really appreciated. Thanks a lot!

There are few hotels I visit and want to return again and again. This is one of them. Beautiful Masseria in the heart of Valle de Itria. Perfectly located to explore beautiful towns. tastefully decorated and well thought to provide comfort and pleasure for the senses. There are lots of corners to find peace and an amazing huge pool to swim. All The staff with no exception is very professional and warm. They make you feel welcome and they seem to love their job. What more can you ask for? Grazie a tutti

We had the most amazing stay at Masseria Cervarolo. The property is beautiful and has the most amazing history. The staff could not be more helpful - every single detail was perfect. We loved the breakfast and dinner as well as the beautiful pool. Located centrally to not only Ostuni but many other towns.

Such a beautiful place! We had a great stay and all the staff we met were so friendly and warm, probably the best breakfast spread in Italy - love the cakes and focaccia. It's well worth dining there in the evening and sampling the local food and wines

Cervarolo is well run by the family and the staff are all a credit to the establishment. Paolo patrolled the pool area to ensure all guests were happy. Alphonso entertained the dining room each evening with his knowledge of local food and wines. Dinner, in tasting menu format, was always of a high standard - with interesting dishes cooked perfectly. Room was clean and comfortable. Only one suggestion is to update the room and shower - otherwise perfect for relaxing in a quiet rural environment.

Great Masseria, beautifully managed and maintained. Wonderful room with terrace. Nice coffee and tea making facilities, with honesty bar. Great pool, surrounding grounds and pool bar. Amazing breakfast and great dinner areas. Wine tasing and Olive Oil tasing great value.

Beautiful hotel and grounds, including pool. The rooms and grounds are very clean. Good location but having a rental car is a must IMO. The cooking class and tasting menu with Alfonso is wonderful - highlight of our stay at the masseria. The only downside is the shower is not great - not much pressure and ours sprayed the wall more than anything because it was so close to the wall - not the end of the world but compared to other hotels we stayed at in Puglia, it stuck out for us.

A small enclave of paradise. The hotel is truly stunning. The service and the staff were very friendly and helpful and we felt very comfortable during our stay. The room was spotless and decoration was lovely. I would love to come back again next year.
