Paragon 700 Boutique Hotel & Spa

Truly one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had, the Paragon Suite was absolutely insane, the ceiling is 7 metres high with the most unbelievable balcony, huge bathroom and total peace and silence despite being in the very heart of Ostuni, which is a busy place. And that's how I would sum up the entire hotel as just this incredible oasis where you go and sit in this huge walled garden totally oblivious to the fact you're in the hustle and bustle of a very busy very touristy Italian town. The restaurant is also incredible. We enjoyed a fantastic seven course tasting meal that was totally relaxed great food very intimate it's a really small restaurant with a very limited number of covers so you feel really special. The service was outstanding from start to finish. We were greeted by name on arrival, check in is the most informal process I've ever seen. The bags were whisked up to the room without even noticing. The whole week we were there the staff could not do enough for us they were all impeccable. It gets even better. Ostuni is one seriously busy place and the paragon even has a amazing secure car park and they park your car for you and bring it back to you every morning when you need it. Car transfers to and from the airport were arranged and also seamless. Truly one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at and I could not recommend it enough

We've been to Paragon before for their amazing Cocktails by Leonardo, but we were celebrating and decided to have dinner. Itwaslovely. You could between 3 full tasting menus, or just select individual dishes from each. We chose the latter, a delicious asparagus starter and chicken for main. All were cook3d perfectly and presentation was delightful. The staff were great, and Leonardo again excelled. A wonderful experience and we will be back

This hotel is superb. The staff, accommodation, the restaurant, the spa and the amazing bar. We stayed at the hotel for two nights and loved our time there. The restaurant is definitely a must. A shout out to Matteo, Frederica and Guiseppe who made our stay special.

We were met at the door by the Mateo and Fredirica who warmly greeted us and provided a short tour of the hotel. Tastefully decorated with many details and a staff that is ever present and efficient, it was a joy to spend a week here. Chef Pasquale is brilliant in his cucina where not a single meal is less than stunning. Mixocolgist Leonardo is a genius and created some of the best cocktails ever! We will definitely return.

Fabulous boutique hotel - once a palace - luxurious and warm and welcoming. Design details and ambience are amazing, one of a kind. A curation of antiques and modern art - beautifully appointed guest room and lovely bathroom. Fine finishes and attention to detail. Federica helped us finalize plans for Puglia - making recommendations and offering to organize activities for us. Top notch service - attentive, detail oriented, discreet and friendly.

I warmly recommend this Boutique Hôtel. Our stay was exceptionnal. Very nice staff, we felt really at home. Our room was confortable, with a romantic chimenea, high ceilings, big bed, nice bathroom. We enjoyed also the spa and the massages. Just amazing and great. Food is excellent and location is just perfect. Ostuni is really worth to visit and very central to go around The Puglia. Thanks a lot to the whole team and best wishes for the future.
