Karinna Hotel Uludag

We were there for a conference for a two-day event. The rooms and the conference hall were very good. The restaurant was excellent with very rich selections for breakfast and other meals. The staff were very friendly and very effective. The only negative thing for me was the volume of the music during the gala dinner for the event. Probably this is not the fault of the Hotel as the musicians are usually hired by the conference organizers.

Unfortunately it is not a good hotel. When we entered the hotel, there were no one at the reception. No one was there to pick up our car and the baggage. We were tired from long journey but the hotel did not make us feel comfortable. Very poor restaurant with a very few selection of foods. Our family left a day early, they were not allowed to have lunch with us. We had goodbye lunch in the separate places. Our family didn’t mind but they were our guest and it was not pleasant. We paid all the drinks after 9:30pm and the Turkish coffee separately. The hotel advertise full board but keep charging everything. I wanted to have a tea and pastry at 5pm but I’ve been told by the shef that they don’t have pogaca. Just gave some random biscuits. I left the place immediately. Receptionist wanted to give me a long lecture but we already decided to leave early as its not worth ruining our mood on holiday. We made our way to Cesme. I would never stay here again. I should also mention that the receptionist face was very down when we arrived to the hotel.

Good, warm rooms. Good stuff, good location! Big hotel. Unfortunately, there was no snow during our stay and therefore we weren’t able to get skis. I can’t write anything about this. So check the weather forecast before you arrive. We arrived at the beginning of January

Very good for a snow holiday and there is excellent guidance, food and clean rooms. You can go to Bursa with taxis and do shopping. The hotel is very warm that you don't feel like it is -14 degrees outside.

Arkadaşlarımızla haftasonu kayak tatili için selin arkadaşımız vasıtasıyla bulduğumuz bu otel gerçekten bütün özellikleriyle gönlümüzde yer etti bundan sonra uludağda başka otelde konaklamayı düşünmüyoruz. Tüm çalışan arkadaşlarımıza teşekkürü bir borç biliriz.

1st time back to Turkey for 24 years and came here with my Dad and cousin's. What an amazing stay! Fantastic and friendly. The waiters at lunch and dinner were very attentive, the ski hire team were amazing. The ski lift was at the exit to the hotel so you could ski straight back to the hotel. We had a query and we spoke to a wonderful lady at guest relations (Hatice) answered our queries and really made us feel at home. One night we went to the neighbouring hotels to compare entertainment and again couldn't fault our live singer on the 10th floor!! If you are coming to Uludağ then this is the place to be!!!

I would highly recommend the hotel especially for the families with kids. The kids club was great; special thanks to Gamze and Fatma who had very positive energy and were great with kids. All the staff was very helpful and friendly as well. If you want your kids to take ski classes, i would highly recommend coach Okan who is a great coach and very understanding. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
