Annapurna Executive

Rooms are big(took 5 bed option) but toilets are totally shabby. On windows you have lots of cement. Curtains are not cleaned. It is basically a lodge

The room which we selected was different from what is shown on the mm t website. It was smaller, suffocated and there was no kettle, hot water provision. The restaurant at the hotel was the worst. They provided us with a tasteless breakfast. Poha was spicy with 100 small pieces of green chillies in it. Idle chutney was literally watery as it was diluted with water. Horrible experience about the food. When we purchased an ice cream for our kid with mrp rs. 25, the restaurant charged us 30 rs. Stating the extra 5 rs. Are being charged as freezing charges. This is purely against the indian consumer act for frozen goods. He argued with us and while we refused to pay an extra 5 rs above mrp, he rudely asked us to throw the ice cream in the dustbin. Our 5 year old kid was disheartened as he had to sacrifice his ice cream which he already started eating and even this did not move that ruthless person. It's all personal about the feelings of the customer, however it is really not acceptable that people are demanding extra money above mrp. I believe it's frequently happening with us at pilgrimage places that mm t assured bookings are not valued or we had bad experiences at such places. Now onwards, we will prefer walk-ins and then book the stay rather than mm t or will try other portals. Hope this will be posted on the hotel's review page. If not, i'm going to share this feedback at the earliest. Thanks. Also, if i may highlight, it was my kid's 5th birthday on that day. Which of course started on a bad note at your hotel.

Annapurna executive hotel is truly well maintained clean hygiene all superb. Staff is very polite and cooperative. Food was awesome. Even their thali also superb. All dishes well in taste. Tea also great in taste.
