Hotel location is very good, very close to the palace, 2 minutes walk. Our family of four is a family room, a door to enter, two separate rooms, each with two single beds. One of the rooms is equipped with a small kitchen. The small supermarket Rema 1000 is downstairs, very convenient. Free coffee, hot water, chocolate, microwave in the public area of the hotel, which is great. There are kitchenware plates at the front desk that can be used when cooking. The only bad thing is that the bath water is unstable, hot and cold, and the bath space is small.

Driving through Oslo is a very good choice. After all, the parking fee in Oslo is so expensive. The tram at the door is very convenient to go to the city. The youth hostel also organizes many activities, such as free admission to the Munch Art Museum on Wednesday nights, hiking together, etc. Breakfast and evening tea are free. It is free to park in the city after 8 o'clock in the evening. In summer, it is still light after 10 o'clock. At this time, there are few people and beautiful scenery when visiting the city. There are public kitchens and clean bathrooms.

Although it is a youth hostel, it is very clean and quiet. You can order a room or reserve a bed. It has a shared bathroom and shower room. It is easy to use, rich in breakfast, salmon and foie gras. The staff is very friendly and the service is attentive. You need to make your own bed sheets and quilt covers. When you check out, you have to put the bed sheets and quilt covers into the fabric basket in the corridor. It seems that you have returned to college life. The experience is good!

Right next to Oslo central station, location is perfect. Room is very spacious, but common area is very small downstairs. Less self serve features available. Amenity and shower is quite new. Room is Super clean and quiet.

I really enjoyed my 2 nights stay in Oslo Citybox. It’s superbly conveniently located minutes from the train station. Plenty of food nearby and couple of minutes from the main shopping street including the luxury brands. There is a foosball table, table tennis table, darts for family fun, in addition to card games and chess. There’s a kitchen where kettle and microwave are available, in addition to vending machine for small snacks. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel right next to most attractions in the City, if you looking for a budget hotel in the city this is the one, we stayed in the small double room though the room is small but if you just using it to sleep and shower and then spend most of the day out its perfect. Big lobby downstairs for comfort and outdoor area too.

During my stay, I encountered a significant challenge as my luggage had been delayed for two days with no updates from the airline company. In this moment of distress, Mr. Ponters went above and beyond to assist us. Not only did he generously offer the hotel telephone for us to contact the airline company, but he also displayed genuine concern by consistently checking in on us to ensure we were coping well with the situation. Furthermore, Mr. Ponters did not stop there. Understanding our predicament, he took the initiative to recommend nearby stores where we could purchase essential items such as toothpaste and slippers. His thoughtful suggestions made our temporary inconvenience much more bearable. Mr. Ponters' kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to provide assistance in a time of need truly set him apart. His exceptional customer service skills and genuine empathy exemplify the epitome of hospitality. It is without a doubt that Mr. Ponters deserves to be commended for his outstanding performance.
