This hotel location is spot on. JR and Metro line is so accessible. The hotel lift is very efficient. Fast timing. The hotel staff are all very friendly. Thumbs up to Ms. KUNO...exceptional helpful and cheerful They are detox drinks and hot lemon drinks for.the guest at the lobby. Eapecially the hot lemon drinks was very good for cold weather. The bus terminal is just next building. Take the airport bus is so convenient. I will be back.

This hotel is very grand but the room is not super grand or big. The breakfast is fantastic!!

Although the hotel is close to the JR station and the airport bus station, the hotel facilities are still relatively old, and the sound of the central air conditioning in the room makes it difficult to fall asleep!

Spacious corner room with an excellent view of downtown Osaka. Stay with my parents and we each had our own bed to sleep in and still had space to lounge around. Location wise, it’s a 10 minute walk from the main stations, department stores and touristy places, so it’s a little inconvenient for those traveling with a lot of luggage or elderly.

I booked this hotel because it is located besides the ocat bus terminal which bring us directly to KIX. There are many eateries nearby and underground. It is about 10 mins walk from various shopping belt like shisaibashi, takashimaya. No coin laundry in the hotel.

Very good services. Easy to go there both train and bus. Anyway, took bus from airport definitely convenient for us.

A nice hotel at the Namba station and next to OCAT bus terminal where there is direct bus limousine to Kansai (KIX) airport. Room is clean and spacious in Japanese standard. Will certainly book this hotel next time in Osaka. .

JR namba station is just beside the hotel. There is a supermarket with reasonably price in that station. You can expect to walk around 10-15 mins to dotonbori.

Near JR station, Super Market at basement. Room tidy and clean, Staffs were nice and helpful.

Close to JR station, but it takes around 15 min walk to reach the major tourist spots and shopping malls in Namba. Reasonable price but the room is a bit small. There's a big supermarket close to the hotel where you can buy all necessities.

Hotel is right next to Osaka City Air Terminal. Taking bus to and fro Kansai airport is very very convenient, especially for us with big luggage. Basement of hotel is connected to Namba walk, an underground shoping center. Can go shopping and dinning without being affected by cold weather or rain. Room is clean. Service is excellent, 5 star hotel standard.

I stayed at Hotel Monterey Osaka with my kids and had a great experience. The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating, making check-in smooth and assisting with any questions we had.The hotel's location is excellent, close to public transportation, shopping areas, and dining options, making it convenient for families traveling with children. The European-style decor gives the hotel a unique charm, adding to the overall pleasant stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, with enough space for our needs. While the facilities may not be the newest, everything was well-maintained and functional. Overall, a great choice for families looking for a well-located hotel with friendly service in Osaka. Would definitely consider staying here again!
