Fasilitas: Hotel ini sangat besar dengan berbagai toko dan restoran. Transportasinya sangat mudah. Ada bus gratis ke dan dari Stasiun Osaka. Ada berbagai macam kopi dan teh celup di dalam kamar. Kebersihannya sangat bersih. Detail berbagai fasilitas juga sangat halus. Pencahayaannya sangat lembut dan nyaman. Saya akan datang lagi lain kali saya datang ke Osaka.

Saya akan merekomendasikan ini kepada pelancong tunggal atau seseorang yang baru saja pergi ke pusat konvensi Osaka untuk seminar singkat. Tetapi untuk orang-orang dengan banyak barang bawaan, kamarnya terlalu kecil untuk membuka 2 barang bawaan sekaligus.
Pada saat kami check in di sana, kami tidak memiliki kopi. Kami hanya melihat paket teh, saya menelepon meja depan dan bertanya tentang hal itu dan mengatakan kepada saya itu rusak atau sesuatu. Dengan kit perawatan, kapas tidak tersedia. Hanya kuncup. Saya tidak repot-repot bertanya lagi karena saya masih mendapat beberapa dari hotel sebelumnya yang kami tinggali di Kyoto.
Lokasi nyaman karena memiliki pintu keluar penghubung langsung dari stasiun kereta. Mereka juga memiliki biaya antar jemput dari stasiun osaka ke hotel dan sebaliknya. Dimulai dari jam 7:30 pagi yang tidak dapat kami gunakan karena kami memiliki penerbangan awal. Meskipun demikian, itu dekat jalur loop Osaka ke bandara. Secara keseluruhan, ini masih merupakan hotel yang bagus tetapi untuk orang-orang dengan barang yang lebih sedikit

Menginap 2 malam. Saya menggunakannya tahun lalu, tetapi kali ini saya membuatnya sedikit mewah dan menjadikannya sebuah ruangan dengan lift dan kafe khusus. Kedua pelanggan diperlakukan dengan kesopanan yang sama. Tentu saja, kamar dan fasilitasnya berbeda, tetapi tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan, jadi Anda tidak akan ceroboh hanya karena itu adalah kamar yang murah. Ini bukan hotel baru, jadi terkesan tua, tapi dibersihkan dengan baik, jadi bisa belanja dengan nyaman. Saya menggunakan taksi selama saya tinggal, tetapi sopirnya sopan dan menyenangkan. Ada banyak angkutan ke dan dari Osaka (Umeda), yang sangat nyaman. Saya ingin menggunakannya lagi tahun depan.

Bad service, lausy Attitude from staff at Front desk, only the person who has the Maps For customers Is friendly. Room was Not Clean in Out first night.
They gave us a Shuttle to USJ. Never book again with Thema.

Rihga Royal Hotel Osaka might flaunt a 6-star rating established probably in the early 2000’s, and the actual inside is nice and high class, however once you get into the rooms, it’s a clear 3-4 star at most.
The dated building fails to live up to modern standards, with windows that don’t open, hair lurking in the bathroom, and carpets stained beyond redemption. Adding insult to injury, the humidifier and air conditioning proved non-functional, the room wouldn’t go below 25 degrees. When requesting assistance, the response was laughable – a pedestal fan in lieu of a fix. Even the room speaker system is a relic from the '80s, with a 3.5mm jack as its only means of connection. For a hotel purporting luxury, it falls woefully short in delivering a comfortable and contemporary experience.
The room TV was from early 2013, every piece of equipment in there was nearly older than me.
There were scales in the bathroom, they were dirty and covered in rust, no one’s weighing themselves on holiday, why are these even here.
Will never stay at this location again, I feel it’s entirely sculpted around wedding parties and business types of people, or anyone over the age of 60..
The only good thing was the 7/11 down the bottom.
If you’re under 40, this isn’t the place for you.

Very old hotel. The rooms are very small even for Japan. The gym only opens at 10am and you need to pay a hefty extra fee (some 35€), also for the pool. Do not book this hotel.

This is an old school 1980s style 5 star hotel with many restaurants and some branded boutiques located in the building. Service staff are polite and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Rihga!

Very expensive but God damn, they really do be hiring people that speak either English or Chinese together with Japanese! And oh my, there are just so so many staff that do! Whether that be front desk, or even housekeeping! The only ones that really don't are the ones in the restaurants or in Melissa (where they sell bread and other good food!) Or the mall downstairs! The dessert lounge weren't too friendly either but they all seem to be extensions of the hotel! Overall, great experience except for the fact that the rooms are indeed tiny and compact cause that's what we booked after all - but aside from that, all the amenities were great, toilet was big and movable in and you really have anything and everything you need already there! Only issue is maybe that some things here are pretty outdated though it's a 5 star hotel! But overall its truly worth the price though I don't reccomend staying all the time unless you wanna burn a hole in your pocket heh! But one great thing is that they are truly commendable in terms of holding events and catering to hundreds of guests for the really really big ballrooms. That's a huge plus.

We stayed just one night however, we enjoyed our stay. Very clean and all the amenities were excellent. We were grateful for the free shuttle bus to Osaka JR station.

No 4 star treatment at IHG hotel with 1 hour queue for checkin due to poor staffing. Grand hotel with Rolls Royce showroom but standard of service is one of the worst in Japan. No access was given to swimming pool without a USD30 fee even though advertised on site. Complaints met a clueless frontdesk and no compromise from the manager. Complimentary shuttle to Osaka station is unavailable due to long queues. Nearest transport are Keihan and Midosuji train lines. Corner of street has Family Mart.
