Great clean hotel. Spacious rooms and quality amenities. Willing to assist with luggage storage. Very near to the Universal City Walk and park so it's easy to enter in early. Would recommend to others.

Super friendly and courteous hotel staff, room is really pretty and clean. Good breakfast, walking distance to Universal Studios and Universal City Train Station.

Ok. It's a nice modern family hotel located right across the road from Universal Studios. Very convenient if that's where you are wanting to visit. Apart from that there is pretty much nothing around. You get some restaurants and souvenir shops at universal market across the road but that's about it. Now the really bad - the beds are pretty much the worse I've ever slept on. I have back issues but saying that my back was fine prior to staying here. I spent 3 nights in pain. Exacerbated by the horrendous pillows which are made of some sort of hard bean bag ball material. The small one is rock hard and the larger one is little better. Fair dinkum the worst sleeps I've had in a LONG time. And NO chairs in the room so we were forced to sit on those terrible beds at all times. Sorry Universal Port Vita but big time fail in the basics. Your rooms are just full-on uncomfortable! I don't care about the fancy electric toilet... just give me a comfortable bed and pillows!!! AND A COUPLE OF CHAIRS!!!!!

This is the best hotel (size, location, service) among the 3 hotels we stayed in Osaka & Tokyo. We took the local train to Universal City Station. Once exit, don’t follow the crowd who are heading to Universal Walk where the shops & dining places are. Turn left and take the lift next to Singulari Hotel & Skyspa (especially you are traveling with luggages). Walk down the road to your right and cross the road to reach the hotel in 5mins. Lobby is at L2 but you can walk towards the L1 lockers where the lifts are located. We arrived before official check-in so we registered and left our luggage with the conceige to go downtown for early lunch & light shopping. Loved the minion deco! Our luggages were in our rooms when we returned. Very nice! We had two twin rooms that are connected. Each room is huge to even accommodate a young family of four (include a sofa bed). The view was stunning too! The bathtub is useful after a tiring day at USJ. We were fortunate there was a special arrangement for hotel guests to re-enter USJ. The 35degree hot weather make our USJ adventure very tiring so the mid day break back to hotel really helps.

Perfect location for the park! Tube access fab!! Hotel amazing, staff friendly and helpful. Exactly what you need, clean and comfortable, bed perfect and all your needs catered for. Highly recommend to anyone.

Excellent location and short walk from the train station. We took the exit at the Singulari Hotel & Skyspa down and cross the road to reach in less than 5 mins! We took the train from Nijo to Kyoto to Osaka then change to Osaka loop line to Nishikujo and from there to Universal city station. It's a long & twisting journey. But we made it with all our luggages and the kiddos. The check in was a breeze. Amenities are self-help at the check in lobby. Room is good & breakfast are excellent!!!!! Hope to be back again ~

Good location that is not far away from USJ. The breakfast buffet is fine and kids love that so much. Kids can have enough sleep and save the traveling time ro USJ for playing in USJ for two days.

The hotel is located just aside by the station and could be seen at the station & the Universal Park both. You can even hear the screaming sounds by the tourists that are currently having fun with the facilities. Also, the hotel is bright and clean. Definitely a great choice for me to be there next time.

We are a family of three. In my opinion, this was one of our favourite hotels where we had stayed in Japan. The room we stayed in was big and spacious. I personally love the bathroom as it separates the dry and wet area. The bed was comfy and big to sleep in. One of the things I felt good was that the wooden floor of our room made it easier for us to roll the luggage. We also enjoyed the television as it has a huge variety of shows. The location of the hotel was the best as it is close to the shopping mall and has a wide variety of food. If you want to go to Universal Studio Japan, Hotel Universal Port Vita would be a great hotel to stay in as it is only less than 10 minutes walk from Universal Studio Japan. The view from the room was fantastic too (see photo). There is even a convenience store at level 1. To top it off, the hotel receptionists and staff were friendly and polite. They even gave us minions keychains. I strongly recommend this hotel. This was indeed a good hotel to stay in!

Children friendly hotel with Minions decoration. Strategically located across USJ. Staff spoke excellent English. Cleaning staffs were respectful and polite. Room was of smaller size but everything else is perfect. They sell USJ ticket and cruise ticket to Tenpozan. We are amaze at the spotless cleanliness of the hotel. Will definitely return to this hotel if given a chance. Especially love their service of luggage storage even after we checked out and the availability of microwave oven and vending machine on every floor. Highly recommend.

Hotel room is huge (by Japan’s standard), well-equipped, and conveniently located. It takes just a short 5 minutes to walk from USJ entrance to hotel. During my stay in the hotel, hotel lobby was decorated in minion theme. Will recommend this hotel for people who are looking for a comfortable hotel to stay near USJ.
