Nice hotel big and comfort, just the free drink session so early close at 9pm we have no chance to enjoy it whole journey.

Location quite good. Breakfast not very nice. Encounter minor earthquake, staff were patient to explain to us what to do. Enjoyed osaka overall for their takoyaki.

The district that was located was quiet but in a nice way. Located very new the station around 3 mins walk and only 2 station away from Namba station which is the Heart of most things u would love to find! The room is clean and provides great amenities!

Good location near the Homachi station in 10 mins walking distance though several stairs in the way so not most convenient for elders or family with childs. Honmachi Station Exit 2 with elevator will be the most convenient but add several mins walking from the hotel. Can find convenient stores and coffee shops (KOMEDA, Starbucks, etc ) also within 10 mins walk. Room is like typical Japanese city center hotels small but clean and full function. Overall is good and recommended for business and short trip.

Location: near hommachi station. About a 10mins walk if you are dragging your luaggage and need tk use the lifts at the train station. Its a business district. So in the morg, theres locals selling bento boxes, didnt try any. Nearby restaurants didnt really caught my fancy. Family mart, starbucks, macs relatively nearby. Service: pretty ok. Grab your amenties at lobby. Water dispenser at level 12 only. Theres microwave at a different level. From 2/3pm-9pm, theres complimentary drinks at lobby. Room size: its pretty tight for 3. Enough room to half open 2 luaggaes thats it. Cleaniness: hmm. 1/3 bedsheet had alot of dust. You can see dust on the lights, walls and airvents. Ie, the cleaner wipe half the lights, those eye level he wipe, above eye level is dust.
