JStar Hotel shinsaibashi

Trip.com tidak mengirimi saya kata sandi masuk apartemen melalui email, jadi butuh waktu hampir satu jam hanya untuk menelepon staf dan masuk. Selain itu, berbeda dengan rating 4,8 poin, sangat merepotkan karena harus berjalan lebih dari 5 menit ke fasilitas terdekat. Konyol juga bahwa mereka meminta saya membayar ekstra untuk pembersihan atau handuk. Masih banyak hotel bagus lainnya, jadi saya sarankan memesan di tempat lain.

Pertama kali ke Osaka, Jepang tidak ingin tinggal begitu kecil dan begitu dekat dengan Shinsaibashi, jadi pilihlah B&B yang menurut saya bernilai tinggi (sebenarnya ini bukan hotel). Sikap layanan pelanggan yang baik, kamar bersih dan rapi. Ada peralatan memasak berukuran besar di toilet. Hanya ada dua kamar di lantai satu. Privasinya cukup baik. Meski jaraknya sekitar 1km dari Shinsaibashi, ada trem kecil di lantai bawah untuk dipinjam, kayuh ke Shinsaibashi 5-10 menit, bagi saya cukup nyaman.

Great place to stay. Clean, lots of space and well sound proofed from other neighbours. Slight noise from the traffic outside, but it's to be expected.

This is one of our most comfortable hotel/airbnb stay in the whole of our Japan trip. We have been to Osaka 3 times for 5-7 days stay and this is by far the best, affordable stay. Room is really clean and new. Towels are fluffy and soft. Great shower taps with micro adjustment for water temperature. Heated water comes out consistently. (Comparing with some reputable hotels), no cold water burst during shower. Awesome! separate shower and bathtub, big plus point. Washing machine function well, balcony for drying clothes. Room looks like what’s advertised and way better than expected considering the price. Big, comfortable, enough space for couples. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash are of good quality, not drying. Beds are really comfortable, comforters keep use warm enough. Pillows are not too high or hard. Curtains are not the total blackout kind, so bring eye mask if you’re a light sleeper but normal sleeper like my husband can sleep through the early morning sunrise with no issue. I slept really well even though I am a very light sleeper. Close to train station. Met the staffs on our first day and very friendly and helpful. Highly highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again when we visit!

酒店位於松屋町站，距離心齋橋站只有兩個站的距離，位置還是不錯的。房間也帶洗衣機和陽台，可以使用。但是美中不足是酒店安排了頂樓12給我們住，整個房間都是熱的，一直涼不了，很悶很熱。還有，建議酒店可以在自助區放紙巾、牙刷等等的自取，不太足夠但是也找不了人可以詢問獲取，比較麻煩。

房間算是日本酒店比較大的了，衞生很乾凈，設施很新～連洗衣液洗潔精都有，電磁爐、微波爐、洗衣機也具備了，適合情侶居住～陽台晾衣服也很方便，出行到心齋橋商圈購物也很近，很滿意～
